CASABLANCA AT SUNSET VILLAS: New 2000 sq. feet plus beach house in the most desired area of PCB. Gorgeous Florida-style Cottage with a Mediterranean flair. The 3 large balconies overlook Gulf, Pool and beautifully landscaped courtyard. The pool and courtyard are fenced, gated and are shared with only 3 other houses in our Villa development. You can watch the kids play in the pool from all 3 floors! Patio area lends itself to fun and sun during the daytime and evening dining and grilling for family gatherings. Two other house available for large families and friend vacations. This quaint development is like Rosemary Beach, Carillon Beach and Seaside houses without high prices and crowds. Located in quiet and desirable West Panama City Beach, away from crowds, yet convenient to everything. We are about 100 steps to the beach with easy beach access. We are as close as one can get with out being directly on the beach. GREAT FOR SMALL WEDDDINGS.

Best Area of Panama City Beach!: It takes about a minute to walk to the beach! Quicker than if you were in a Highrise condo right on the beach! We have the best of both worlds: a great pool and patio area and a great beach too! The area has little traffic and is for those who enjoy a more upscale, quiet, and family oriented environment. We are about 10 mins. to the new Pier Park and Frank Brown Softball/Baseball Park. Just think how great it will be not dragging a luggage cart with suitcases, groceries, kids, and EVERYTHING else we take on vacation across the hot parking lot, through the lobby, up the elevator (after waiting 15 mins. because it has stopped on every floor!), then all the way down an endless hallway to find your room. At our house you can drive right up to the door! We have everything you need for a beach holiday. Casablanca was professionally decorated (The home owner is an Atlanta area Interior Designer) with our guests in mind.

No College or High School Groups Allowed in Villas: * No renters under age 25 without adult supervision * No pets and no smoking allowed * No High School or College groups allowed * This is a quieter area suited for families or adults. These rules are strictly enforced and are monitored by Sunset Villa Development Members. Once you stay here you will never rent a Condo again! Call or email with any questions.

We just returned home from beautiful Panama Beach. The Bailey's "Beach Home" was everything they said it was and more. The home is wonderfully comfortable and away from the 'spring breakers' but very close to the ocean. It was 5 star for all 8 of us for a week!!

Wow, the house was beautiful! We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Blanca. The Baileys are a pleasure to do business with! The pool and hot tub are right outside the door. You won't be dissapointed with your stay at Casa Blanca!!! Thank you Tanszy and the rest of the Bailey Family!

We had a great time at the Bailey's beach home...there was plenty of room and it was beautifully decorated. You are very close to the beach and the pool and hot tub are right there...the very best of both worlds. We loved it. A perfect family vacation spot. Ron & Jan Shank & family
