Enjoy your vacation in this lovely oceanfront condo located right in the heart of Ocean City. Beach access from the oceanfront balcony, and easy access to the outdoor pool. Amenities include central air conditioning, washer, dryer, HDTV, unlimited local phone service, and Internet. Two reserved parking spaces in the parking lot next to the building, with additional parking spaces available if needed. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and pots and pans. Oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator (with ice maker). TV and DVD provided in living room. TV provided in master bedroom. The unit is fully carpeted with ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Decorative fireplace in living room. Oceanfront balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom, while the third bedroom has an ocean view balcony.

Amenities: New kitchen counter, new hot water heater, and new paving-brick pool deck. Internet connection, newer furnishings in living room, second and third bedrooms. Excellent place! Great find

The location of this property is outstanding because the back door opens directly onto the beach and you can hear the ocean while you sit in the living room. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to vacation in that particular part of Ocean City since it has a large variety of restaurants, shopping and beach options. The owners were incredibly easy to deal with and very helpful with the organization the entire rental process. The fact that it is across the street from Fager's Island was a major selling point to us and I would highly recommend that restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. I'm 100% positive I will return and have already recommended this property to my friends and family.

Great vacay!

My family had a wonderful time staying in this condo. My 2 boys (ages 6 and 8) were thrilled that they could walk right out to the beach.
The condo was clean and well kept. We were in need of nothing when it came to kitchen gadgets and appliances. It is obvious that the owners care about their renters and care about keeping their condo up to date.
The pool was wonderful and we used it everyday:)
There is no need for a car as 61st Street is a great location, walking distance from mini golf, restaurants and shops. Plus OCMD has a bus/shuttle that takes you to the boardwalk.

Perfect Family Vacation

We were lucky enough to obtain the week that the owner had available and had a wonderful time. The owner was VERY responsive to any questions I had, which definitely provided a level of comfort before we even arrived. The property is very clean, well kept and the access to the beach is perfect! When not at the beach our family was able to enjoy games and activities in the spacious common area, even played Kinect on the Xbox!! This was the first year that we were 100% pleased with the property we rented. I highly recommend this property and hope to take advantage in renting again!
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children

Perfect family rental

Perfect family rental for all ages. Convenient walking distance to beach, shopping, and restaurants and only a 10 min. drive to boardwalk. Nice to walk right off porch onto the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and a great size for our family of 9. Kitchen was great to cook dinners in with all the utensils provided. Great place to vacation, looking forward to returning.

This vacation rental was nice and in a great location. A major landscaping project was going on during our stay, so parking was horrible and the pool was so dirty with all of the dust flying in the air. Most days my sister cleaned the pool because no one was there to do it.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
Owner's Response: The landscaping was the final phase of a major renovation project on the entire condo, and was completed not long after this tenant's stay. Both the pool and parking issues could have been quickly rectified by our management company...had the tenant called to let us know.
