First floor, oceanfront condo in centrally located mid-rise building. Easy access to beach from oceanfront balcony. Only steps to outdoor pool. Two reserved parking spaces with additional parking available. The unit is equipped with central air conditioning, washer, dryer and cable television. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. Oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator (with ice maker). TV, VCR and DVD provided in living room. TV provided in master bedroom. The unit is fully carpeted with ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Decorative fireplace in living room. Oceanfront balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom, while the third bedroom has an ocean view balcony.
