Apartment, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-12)

This newly constructed loft apartment has a gorgeous lake front view of beautiful Long Lake. The apartment is located over a garage, and has a spacious 12 x 22 deck. A charcoal grill is available for use on the deck. There are 3 bedrooms (which can sleep up to 12), 1 bathroom, and an open floor plan living room/kitchen/dining room area. This apartment is in a private area off of the beaten path. A fire pit is available for a fun evening with friends. Dock access is available for your boat. Long Lake is an all sports lake, and great for boating, fishing, etc. For the best swimming, visit the beach or sand bar. Long Lake is a great place to boat, ski, tube, or jet ski. The surrounding area is great for walking, hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. Hale is located near the Huron National Forest, which is home to all sorts of fun outdoor activities. The apartment is just a short walk to the local restaurant & bar. The local people are very friendly and hospitable. Come enjoy this beautiful area.

I purchased property and built my own home. Property on the water became available which I purchased and constructed the loft over a garage as well as the purchase of the home next to mine.

What makes this apartment unique

Lots of sun and fun. People on the lake are very friendly. I enjoy spending time on the lake, skiing or tubing or at the sand bar. Evenings at the firepit and night boat rides.

Located near the Lumbermans' Monument, and the AuSable and Rifle Rivers. The Lumbermans' Monument is great for a family-friendly outing, and has scenic overlooks of the AuSable River. The AuSable and Rifle Rivers are great for tubing, canoeing and kayaking.
