A nature oriented Bed and Breakfast deep in the Texas Hill Country. There are 20 acres of hills, woods and streams for your enjoyment. Perfect for hiking, bird watching, amateur astronomy or relaxing in the hammock and watching a beautiful sunset. A quarter acre pond stocked with channel catfish rounds out the country scene. The cottage has recently been remodeled and is decorated in a warm country style. The cottage is nestled in a grove of trees and is fully furnished. If you tire of the nature scene, San Antonio and Austin are an hour away. Boating on Canyon Lake and antique shopping in the Hill Country are also popular attractions. Starry Nights B&B has been set up for the amateur astronomer. Our dark sky location and cozy cottage make it a great place for an astronomy vacation. Contact us for more information.

Amenities:: A full delicious country breakfast served every morning. The fully furnished cottage and kitchen has central air and heat, a BBQ grill, hammock, porch, TV, VCR and DVD and an extensive movie library. A tree house for kids and young at heart adults is adjacent to the cottage. There is no telephone in the cottage but cell phone coverage is good.

Activities: : hiking, star gazing, bird watching, fishing, sightseeing.

Area: : The Wimberley area is famous for its monthly arts and crafts fair and abundance of antique stores. We are centrally located between Austin and San Antonio and close to the crystal clear waters of Canyon Lake. Fredericksburg is less than an hour away. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a starry sky with the Milky Way like a white band across a velvet sky.

We had a great time staying at Starry Nights. Very nice house, great breakfast, beautiful area. We'll definitely stay there again! Maybe even with the kids next time to enjoy the fun tree house.

What a fantastic place. This cottage was cleaner than any hotel or house I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was fantastic and the host was at your every need. Hiking, pond, fish feeding, birds, views, chickens, Libby the resident trial guide, tin roof deck, treehouse, swings, more than worth the trip. Thanks for having us can't wait to return!
