It can be rented separately as a one-bedroom with a fully furnished kitchen, living room with a gas fireplace; washer & dryer and the king master suite has a separate jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom can be used as a lockout with a kitchenette, king bed and queen sofa-sleeper.

This exclusive Park City 5-Star Resort offers prime access to three areas for exhilarating skiing, hiking & biking as well as attractions & historic landmarks. This is a ski-in ski-out location on Historic Main Street next to the Town Lift.

Stayed during Sundance Week from 22 - 29 January 2012. Great location for skiing as well.

Must thank Nancy for excellent communication prior to staying at property.

The Marriott was amazing and in a great location. Everyone loved the set-up, it was so comfortable. There were 5 of us so we had plenty of room. The underground parking was excellent. The skiing was also incredible, definitely the best snow we have ever seen.

I wanted to drop you a line to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Park City. Your condo is beautiful...couldn't have stayed at a nicer place...and the people at the Summit Watch are wonderful

Now we understand why so many of our friends love Park City. We were pleasantly surprised at how close the Town Lift was (skied at Park City 3 times), and we also went to Deer Valley one day and Canyons one day.
