Condo overlooks Heated Pool and is located steps to the Ocean/Beach (to the east), and the Beautiful Intracoastal (to the west). Recently updated with New Paint and Furniture. Tiled Floors thru out. A Spacious Living Room (Couch opens to a Queen Size Bed) with Dresser, 26' Flat TV & DVD. A Bedroom with a King Size Bed, with TV and Walk in Closet. Full size Bath with Tub/Shower. Also a Fully Equipped Kitchen with Nook and a Small Dining Area.

Great Value for the area!

We were in Pompano Beach for the month in January 2009 and had a great time. It was clean and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. They were right to say just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit. It is a short (block) walk to the beach and within walking distance (mile or less) to the ice cream shop! We met some very fun and friendly people during our stay and will go back if we get the chance.

very comfortable; nicely furnished and decorated; convenient location;felt like home and not a typical hotel room; beach towels and chairs available; very clean; owner very nice and responsive; we would definitely recommend this property for a couple with 1 or 2 young children (sharing 1 bathroom with several adults could be challenging); had great lobster meal at hotel restaurant across highway

Quiet property within walking distance to the beac

The apartment had comfortable amenities, except for the living room sofa. Property located in a quiet area and one needs a car to get around, i.e. stores, restaurants, etc. A short walk to the beach and located close to Riverside west of the A1A; therefore, you do not hear the noise from the A1A from the apartment.
