The living area is very spacious and includes 2 large leather sofas The entertainment unit has a 27' Cable TV (over 60 channels), DVD, VCR, and CD player. The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer (with auto ice-maker), dishwasher, microwave, cooker/oven, coffee percolator, etc. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier---no need to pack your suitcases full of clothes. There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All pillows, linen and duvets provided. Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with queen size bed, Cable TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 - Master bedroom with queen size bed Bedroom 3 - Twin Bedroom Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom All bathrooms have shower and hairdryer etc. We provide plenty of towels for your use. The over sized sun facing screened pool has plenty of room for sunbathing. Each side of the pool screen has bushes to ensure your privacy. The pool and outside area have lighting for the evening.

The lakeside is only a few yards away where you will see a variety of wildlife. The outdoor dining area comprises of a patio table, 6 chairs and 2 full length loungers, all with padded cushions. There is also a covered lanai area next to the pool where you can eat outside , or perhaps escape from the sun--or occasional shower. The pool can be heated to 86 degrees and the spa to 102 degrees. The villa is fully air conditioned and there is central heating for the rare cool winter evening. We provide the services of a management company that will look after any needs you may have during your stay at our luxury villa---they are on call 24hrs 7 days a week. Credit Card bookings accepted. The Villa is situated on Lake Berkley resort which is a safe private community of similar properties.

The following amenities are provided exclusively for those people residing/staying at lake Berkley: tennis court, nature trail, fishing, beach volleyball court, children's play park, clubhouse with gym, internet cafe, video rental and community swimming pool. Amenities: There are four double BR and two BA. All linens/pillows/duvets provided. The large, private, sun facing screened pool has plenty of room for sunbathing to your hearts content and the lighting around the pool area and the underwater lighting ensures that you can enjoy the pool all night long - if you so wish. The lakeside is only a few yards away, where a variety of ducks regularly visit.

The pool is usually pleasantly warm from April through to October. The heating may be switched on as an optional extra at any time of year. This you can decide before or after you arrive. The villa is fully air-conditioned to keep you cool on hot days and for the occasional cool winter evening there is central heating. We provide the services of a management company that will look after any needs you may have during your stay at our luxury villa - they are on call 24 hours, seven days a week.
