House, 4 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 16-18)
Our 2200 sq. ft. home was completely remodeled in 2010. The kitchen, both bathrooms and game room were gutted to the studs and remodeled using Granite, travertine and porcelain tile as well as new cabinetry. We used high end fixtures throughout.
Two of the bedrooms have brand new king size beds and mattresses, the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. The bunk room comes with 2 Bunk beds with full size on the bottom and twin on the top, 2 Trundle beds and a full size futon. The bunk room also has a TV with Xbox to keep the kids busy. The living room is large and comforting and with 2 new leather sofas and 2 new leather recliners and a 50 inch flat screen TV.
Off the kitchen is the game room. With amenities such as a tiki bar, air hockey table, poker table and slot machine, pinball machine and craps/ roulette table. It is equipped to keep both young and old busy during the hot summer nights. A very large laundry room has a washer and dryer, pantry, and ice maker capable of making 240 lbs of ice per day. We rebuilt this home to be a comfortable fun vacation home that will accommodate both of our family’s. We are located in a quiet safe neighborhood, with great neighbors. The house is on just under 1 acre so there is plenty of boat and vehicle parking. This is a nice comfortable HOME. It's everthing you need for the perfect vacation. Come be our Guest.

I am a fire captain in Orange County. We have been coming to the river for 36 years and now have a second generation of river rats of our own. My wife and I purchased this home with our brother and sister in-law. We have spent the first 15 months completely renovating the property to make like new. We take pride in the fact that the house looks new but is very user friendly and comfortable. It is a place you can kick your shoes off and feel at home. Easy living is how we live.
We chose this location because it is right in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants in town and only 10 min to Laughlin and the Avi. It is also 20 min. to the launch ramp at Katherine’s landing and 3 min. to public launch on the Colorado River. But it is in a quiet safe neighborhood. With no hustle and bustle. We like the fact that the development is based on ½ acre or larger lots. We have plenty of room between us and our neighbor.
It’s close enough to everything to be convenient , but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.
