Third floor upgraded 1BR/1BA condo in low-rise building with Elevators and Air Conditioning and Beautiful Oceanfront Pool. This condominium was recently refurbished with new appliances, granite counters, carpets, drapes, paint and more. In unit W/D. Oceanfront Lanai looks directly onto the surf and Hawaii's fantastic Sunsets. Relax and watch the whales and dolphins swim by, enjoy the oceanfront pool, or go sightseeing to the volcanoes, waterfalls, great diving, snorkeling and surfing spots. (Boogie boards and Snorkel gear is provided.) Free Parking in the covered garage or in front of the unit. Walk to shops and restaurants in Kailua town on Hawaii, the 'Big Island.'This non-smoking condo is owned and managed by full-time Kona residents, not an absentee owner or indifferent property manager. We live less than five minutes away and completely clean and check the room before each guest arrives. We take care of any problems promptly and go out of our way to make our guests feel at home.

You can not go wrong as this is a SUPERIOR Condo, both in decor and cleanliness. Owners are honest and respond to emails immediately. This Condo definately deserves an A+ rating.

Well, what else is there to say about D-26 that others already haven't? Nothing...Nothing short of incredible that is!! The location is perfect(close to town and great snorkeling), the condo is AMAZING (Ocean front) and the owners are very thoughtful (Ask Bruce any questions about what to do on the Big Island and he will answer them). In short...a stay here is a MUST!!!!

Great condo in a terrific location. Only a short walk to town for restaurants and supplies. Appreciated all the little extras--coffee filters, salt & pepper, olive oil, beach gear, even some first-aid items. Thank you for the welcome water, coffee and mac nuts as well as the check-up phone call. As we've stayed in other condos that have not lived up to their description, #D-26 was definitely 5 stars.

Alice and Bruce, We loved your condo! It was
wonderful to hear the ocean and feel the ocean
breezes. We walked into town in the mornings and
evenings. There is so much to see on the "Big
Island" that we will be back. Our favorite beach was
Kahaluu. If you are looking to see Sea Turtles, this
is the place to go.
There is everything you need at the condo. You
might want to see what is in the "beach closet"
before you go to the ABC store or Costco. Chances
are, it is in the closet.
Bruce was very kind to come over one night to help
us figure out one appliance.
If you want something close to the ocean and the
town of Kona, this is the place for you. It was for
us. Mahalo, K & K
