It is situated atop a hill overlooking the town of Sayulita, with sweeping 360 degree views of the coastline and jungle valleys and only a ten minute walk to the beach and the center of town. A gated private drive leads up to the main house which has a very large living area, dining area, kitchen, walk-in pantry, two large bedrooms, two baths, laundry room, and a large veranda overlooking tiled covered terraces down to a large pool and palapa with an outdoor eating area. On another level, there is another bedroom and bath with its own private entrance and another one bedroom apartment with kitchen that sleeps 3 ( 1 queen size bed and one twin). One bedroom has a queen-size bed, another two double beds and the third has a double bed. There are also two bunk beds in an area next to the living room.

There is great fishing and surfing in Sayulita, with snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, biking, horse-back riding, or just walking along the beach also available. The town has many interesting shops and lots of really good restaurants with food ranging from varied Mexican fare to Italian, French, Argentinean, Japanese, Chinese, and of course American food.
There are beautiful secluded beaches along the coast worth exploring. It is a bird watcher's paradise! And there is always Puerto Vallarta, 40 minutes away, with lots of shopping, sightseeing, more restaurants, galleries and lots more tourists..
