If you'd like to walk or bike on a quiet beach on Kiawah Island, see a pod of local dolphins feeding in the Kiawah River, or simply spend the day staying by the private pool all day, this is your place. Rated the maximum 4 Stars by our management company, this home is remarkably comfortable and relaxing and is why so many past guests return again to this house. This beautiful, newly decorated home has hard wood floors and is located on a secluded dead-end street, surrounded by Live Oaks and Palm trees and has High Speed Wireless Internet Access. A maritime nature next door walk adds privacy to the back yard. Conveniently located in the West Beach area, it's about a five-minute walk to one of the least crowded beaches on the island. Also nearby are the West Beach Tennis Club, Cougar Point Golf, and the Straw Market. The Private Heated Pool* is 32 x 16 ft (open April 1 - Nov. 1) and is one of the largest home pools on the island. BEST HOUSE EVER!!!!!

This house is all you would ever need. The pool is a major bonus for us. Another couple with two kids go with my husband and two kids each year and we won't go to another place. We have found our golden spot. The kids play on the beach until about 1:00, we take them to the house to feed them, and then we put them in the heated pool until supper. It can't get much better than that.

Great stay for our entire family. This home is very comfortable - perfect for a family. Pool was super... very private. Easy access to everything, including golf, beach, and trails. Basketball was a definite plus for our three children. Looking forward to returning next year!

WOW!!! I can't say enough about this house. I have been going to Kiawah for the past 11 years and this house is by far the best house ever. The pool was a HUGH hit with our kids. We would go to the beach in the morning until about 1:00. Then it was back to the house for lunch and then the pool was next on the list. The kids stayed in the pool until supper. I highly recommend this place for anyone (young or old). I hope you want to visit but just not when we want to go back! HAHA

We loved kiawah and the house! The pool was great, although we didn't use it that often. It was nice to have. The kitchen had what we needed. we rented a boat one day and got crabs and I didn't know if we would be able to fix them but the house had everything we needed. Loved it!!!

We have stayed at Kiawah since 1982 in various accommodations. We have been at this location for the last two years and would not consider another rental property. It is perfect in all aspects. The wireless broadband is a great addition since 2005. Kids and grandkids love it, it's the best.
