Welcome to Seascape, a gated resort community offering many amenities including an 18 hole golf course, 5 swimming pools, and six green rubique clay tennis courts. Relax in our two bedroom, two bath, fully equipped, ground floor condominium. Re-decorated in the fall of 2005, our condo embraces the tropical feel of Florida. The beds are new and comfortable featuring a king in the master bedroom and two twins in the second BR. There is a heated swimming pool about 100 feet from our front door. It also features a kiddie pool for the little ones. Best of all is the world famous beach! You will find the condo a short walk (about 400 yards) to the beach. Seascape owns 2000 feet of undeveloped sugar white beach for your beach going pleasure. Enjoy a meal and perhaps a Margarita on the deck of the beachfront ' Whales Tail' Restaurant. Did someone mention shopping??? Seascape is located just a mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, featuring over 100 designer name stores. Enjoy your stay.

Seascape is a complete resort community featuring gated security, three lakes, five swimming pools, eight tennis courts (six green rubico and two European red clay) an 18-hole par 71, intimate but challenging golf course and Seascapes own beach-front property. Our condominium is located on the 15th hole. Just one half of a fairway from the beach. An easy walk. Seascape owns 2,000 feet of undeveloped snow-white beachfront property. Enjoy a Pina Colada served from the only beach club in the area. Known as The Whales Tail, it is also a great spot for sitting outside on the large deck, eating breakfast and watching dolphin swim in the emerald blue-green waters of the gulf. Don't feel like going out? Barbecue your catch of the day on your patio overlooking the golf course. Shopping is a mile down the road at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall which features over 100 designer-name stores. Nearby restaurants are plentiful.

A wonderful place for families or a group of friends, there is no better condo value in Destin. This is a No Smoking unit. Amenities: AC, Cable TV, 27 inch-TV-VCR-DVD combination with mp3 capability, 2nd TV, DVD VCR in master bdr .Phone with answering system, new carpet and ceramic tile, Propane gas grill (bbq located in exterior storage closet) full kitchen, microwave, washer and dryer just outside front door. Beach umbrellas and chairs available on the beach for daily/weekly rental. Activities: Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Deep Sea Fishing, Basketball, Miniature Golf, Water Parks (The Big Kahuna) Shopping, Surfing, Boating, Air and Naval Museums. Area:Three miles East of downtown Destin. Two miles east of the Mid Bay bridge.

Golf: We are located on the 15th fairway. Seascape's course is one of the most reasonably priced in the area.

The condo was the perfect size for 5! Great location. Teen age kids were free to come and go with no worries. Beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green water. We had a great vacation!
