Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Beachfront 2 bedroom/2 bath unit directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Full kitchen, dining area, living room with wood laminate floors through out interior, plus large screened porch and open air deck. Views of the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches including a shaded lawn area. Walk for miles along the beach, enjoy a swim and watch the sunset from the balcony.

This condominium is located mid key in a small complex, total of 6 units, and is very private and secluded. Walk to restaurants and shops. Minutes away from Sarasota and well known shopping district- St. Armands Circle and only 1 hour to Tampa International Airport.

Second floor unit ( no elevator).

Seasonal rental preferred, minimum 2 weeks.

Local owners. Calls for additional information are welcomed.

We have stayed in the Villa Casuarina on many occasions. I think the view of the sunset is probably the prettiest you will ever see. We have traveled alot and this is Number 1. Location is terrific, As stated you are near great restaurants, shopping, grocery store, St. Armands, etc.. Dr. and Mrs. David Gebara
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
