Weekend Getaway - off season

Great place! Family offered to watch the kids and we ran away to this place. It was perfect. We had breakfast on the beach, walked the boardwalk, relaxed and watched a movie, watched the full moon from the hot tub,... I want to go back as I write this!

We got take-out food at local establishments and it was nice to use real silverware and plates to dine, and for one of the meals we needed to heat it up and appreciated the oven.

I reached out to the owners the week prior and we were quick to get the lease signed etc. I feared we could not pull it off so last minute, but they made it easy. They take a lot of pride in the place and keep it spotless.

All the comforts of home were there, including a Lego display. I do want a towel warmer at home now too, what a nice treat!

I recommend this as the perfect escape year round for busy parents - an anyone else who needs an escape from reality.

This condo was wonderful. Just as pictured. Very clean and well-kept. Location is great - on boardwalk in center of OC. Still was very quiet and private. Looking forward to returning. Great find.

Off- Season Retreat

This was our second rental with Bob and Anne. We have stayed in both of their condos, each for a week during shoulder season and this is our favorite. Both units are immaculate, beautifully appointed and stocked with quality housewares, appliances and cookware. (This means a lot, if you cook your meals as we do.) The oceanfront balcony on this rental was our favorite spot to enjoy the sunrise, soak up the sun, check-out the waves and wildlife, and people watch. We have found Anne and Bob to be conscientious landlords, very willing to answer questions and accessible at all times. We tell everyone we know about this prime location at 15th Street and Boardwalk and the wonderful time we have in Ocean City walking the beach, boards, and Asbury and window shopping as well as enjoying the coffee at the Ocean City Coffee Company. Off season at the Jersey shore is great; no crowds, warm water, lots of open space on the beaches, peaceful surroundings and some migrating wildlife. Life is good at OCNJ.

Spectacular Ocean Front Condo

This condo is an absolute gem. My husband and I had a beautiful relaxing time, especially enjoyed morning Sunrises with a cup of coffee relaxing in the hot tub on the front deck. Everything was as described...the location, the photos, quiet yet close enough to all the boardwalk activities. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Even with mobility issues one does not always need to walk to the beach, sunbathing on the deck was fantastic! We can't wait to return. Thank you for everthing Anne And Bob

Perfect cozy, romantic getaway!

This condo was PERFECT for our 6 day getaway to relax and unwind. Every amenity was thought of (hairdryer, iron, etc.) The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Cookware and utensils were present and in perfect condition. The view was spectacular and proximity to boardwalk and sand was wonderful. The welcome note and bottle of viognier were much appreciated. We certainly hope to be able to escape once again to Cape House! For a couples retreat you cannot ask for more!
