The master bedroom has a queen size bed overlooking the picturesque waterway and preserve with a private bath and large closet. The guest bedrooms are tastefully decorated with water views, include 1 double bed and 2 single beds, oversized closets and a shared bathroom with double sink.
The entire home is centrally air-conditioned and heated. Other amenities include a large High Definition Flat Screen TV with Direct TV Premium Channels, High Speed Secured Wireless Internet for your laptop computer, DVD, bait freezer chest and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Outside amenities include a pool, screened porch with patio furniture, a 2 car garage, additional parking for a boat or other vehicles, BBQ grill, 175 feet of waterfront, docking, a community boat ramp and private boat lift.
