The lower level features the ski room with direct access to the ski runs, a family room with full entertainment center and surround sound, and a kitchenette. There is also a bedroom that offers it's own bathroom, wet bar, TV, patio, and a bunk bed with a twin on top, queen on bottom, and queen trundle underneath.

The hot tub is located on the patio off this level.
