Casa de las Palmas is a private Villa and Casita's estate, ideal for a couple looking to get away for a quiet and romantic time, or weddings, family reunions and corporate retreats. This oceanfront estate is away from the noise and hustle of downtown, perfect with its lush garden area and stunning pool for a rejuvenating holiday. The recently complete Villa has 4 master suites each with there own full baths and can accommodate 8 people. The Villa's large kitchen, bar sitting area, and beautiful dining area should satisfy your every need. The Villa's sunken living room with full glass sliding doors to a spectacular covered patio overlooking the pool and gardens will make it hard to ever leave this property. Casita A has 2 master suites each with their own full baths and can accommodate 4 people. Casita B has the same appointments as Casita A. Ocean views abound from Casa de las Palmas. Special services available upon request. Wireless internet, safes in all units.

Should you decide to leave this soothing spot for a trip to town or to tour the island, taxis are readily available, a bus route is a 5 min. walk away or we can arrange for scooter or golf cart rental for you.

the description of this property is a-1, it is well maintained,clean and beautiful. the owners are easy going and prompt in all regards of the transactons. i would highly recommend this property. this property is the true experience of a calm relaxing serene beautiful vacation. there is much to do in town or playa norte and only miniutes away by taxi or golf cart. but with a yard such as the one here its hard to leave and go anywhere else.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a wonderful vacation. We loved our townhouse, which overlooked the Carribean. It was in a great location, with a wonderful manager, and a very caring couple who were in charge of the pool, and garden. They all made us feel welcomed. I miss it already, and hope to return.
