Fax and fast Internet service in a custom office den, telephone, commercial washer & dryer service area with tread mill, central air conditioning, gas and electric charcoal grills, 1 car garage (2nd negotiable),large car and boat/trailer parking friendly up to 40'. adjacent to Boyne Highlands Golf Course with their 10 beautiful championship golf courses. Within walking distance to Boyne Highlands Arthur Hills third green, golf cart access (to be scheduled with Boyne Highlands). Activities: If you are a golfer we are next to Boyne Country Club and we are surrounded by many other golf courses. Many boating, swimming beaches and fine restaurants are nearby. Nearby Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Bay Harbor Marina District, located on Little Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan, have many fine restaurants and unique shops. Petoskey State Park is right on the bay with a large beach and picnic area.
Just 30 minutes North is Mackinaw City with its Mackinaw City Shopping District and the ferry access to Mackinac Island. Area: Just a 15 minute drive to Pellston Regional Airport serviced by Northwest Airlines. About a four drive from Detroit and 7 hours from Chicago. We are 6 mi. to Harbor Springs, 7 mi. to Petoskey, 17 mi. to Indian River, 25 mi. to Cheboygan, 22 mi. to Mackinaw City and 5 mi. to Conway and the Inland Waterway and boat ramp at the 'Windjammer Marine'.
