Nestled in a cul-de-sac, this private residence offers lots of opportunity for relaxation or just go wild with all the activities Hilton Head has to offer. This 1000 sq. ft. clean and well maintained townhome is comfortably appointed and tastefully decorated. Outside features a private front and back walled courtyard providing a cozy atmosphere and security for children. The beach is a walking distance of 0.2 miles and very easy to get to. The public beach provides restrooms, volleyball, bike racks and lifeguards. The Holiday Inn pool area has a food court where your more than welcome to order food. The Tiki Hut has live music, cold drinks of your choice and a outside shower to wash off before heading home.
All bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a full bath. Master bedroom (13x11) features a king bed with a pillow top mattress to insure a good nights rest, TV/DVD with cable, walk-in closet, a dresser for those who don't like living out of a suit case and a balcony overlooking the private patio. The second bedroom (13x11) features two half-king beds that can be used together or apart, TV/DVD with cable, and plenty closet space. Spacious living area (13x15) includes a full size sleeper sofa, cable TV, stereo, DVD/VCR combo for your entertainment. A full feature kitchen (13x15), breakfast bar, large dining area, laundry room and half bath. In-unit washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, linens and towels provided for interior use only. Unlimited local telephone service, central heat and air conditioning, patio furniture and outdoor pool (shared).
