There is a family room with a TV, DVD/VCR and sleeper sofa just off one of the bedrooms with it's own private bath - making it perfect for the kids or 'grandparents suite.' The front bedroom has one queen and two twins. You can be lulled off to dreamland while you listen to the waves crashing down below. The middle bedroom also has a queen with the same wonderful sounds of the waves. The utility room has a full size washer and dryer and utility sink for added convenience. There's even a brand new hot tub that seats 6-8 to ease into at the end of the day. A short walk to the sand - beach access is about 3 blocks away. At low tides, you can search the tide pools for starfish, shells and agates. Bring your rod and fish or just swim and wade in the surf. Abundant driftwood allows for cozy romantic beach fires in the evening. This property is located minutes away from two 18-hole golf courses (Lakeside and Salishan). It's a perfect home for every occasion.
Parking is available on the property for 4 vehicles. no smoking & no pets. Amenities: Fully equipped large modern kitchen with an island, Fireplace, Jacuzzi in Master Bath, Hot Tub, Microwave upstairs and downstairs, 2 Coffee makers, blender, coffee grinder, gas range and stove, 2 DVD/VCR players, Master bedroom has TV w/ DVD, CD and cassette player, washer/dryer, 1 king, 3 queens,2 twins,2 sofa beds, 2 dishwashers, Large 2 car garage, linens/towels and telephone/local calls, paper products and fantastic ocean view, All you need to bring are groceries and your gourmet chef. Jim's Folly has a great room and dining room with a view of Cascade Head. There are 3 TVs with cable. Activities: You will find weekly entertainment located at the Chinook Winds Casino. Other activities include: Whale watching, fishing, golf, casino, horseback riding, surfing and kite flying, tennis, water skiing and shopping at the outlet mall to name a few. Olympic swimming pool nearby.
