We welcome you to our fully air conditioned villa set on a beautiful peaceful tree lined street. A place to relax, unwind and enjoy the wonderful weather that Florida offers.
The villa is all on one level so no stairs to negotiate for the elderly or the little ones. We have a beautiful fully fitted kitchen, with all appliances, including large washing machine and tumble dryer.
Unlimited high-speed WiFi Internet access for your laptop. You can make free nationwide phone calls from the house telephone. We also have an IPod docking station for you to enjoy.
The living and dining room are open and spacious with vaulted ceilings and overlook the POOL, LAKE & GOLF VIEW. The master bedroom has a 7' king size bed and a luxury en-suite (shower). Cable TV and a ceiling fan. This room also has the benefit of a GOLF & LAKE VIEW.
There are 2 further bedrooms each with twin beds, closets and plenty of drawer space. A bucket of safe toys for our younger guests and for fun in the pool is available. There is also a foldaway cot / pack n' play on request with all baby linens and a highchair.
We urge you to can sit and relax in our private screened in pool and watch the golf in action. The magnificent view is breathtaking, a lake and the 5th green - all in the back yard!!
Southern Dunes Golf and Country club is located off Highway 27, and is a gated community with 24-hour security. There are 3 communal pools - one opposite our house; a gym, a lake where you can fish, tennis courts, children’s play park, a club house which has a luxury bar and restaurant all for your use on Southern Dunes.
A 24 hour WAL*MART is located at the entrance to Southern Dunes. Also there are many restaurants, bars, shops and a bank all walking distance.
DisneyWorld is a 20 minute drive, as are most of the major theme parks i.e.: Seaworld, Universal, Wet'n'Wild and all Disney parks.
Old town is about 10 minute drive with all of its shows, bars, restaurants and new thrilling rides - open till late into the night.
The shopping malls and renowned INTERNATIONAL DRIVE can be reached in about 30 minutes.
As we are in Central Florida we are lucky to have the Gulf of Mexico (an hour west) and the Atlantic Ocean (an hour east) for your enjoyment!
