KEURIG coffee maker, electric coffee pot, pots, pans, electric hand mixer, crab/soup pot, pizza stone, mixing bowls,etc.) EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MAKE AND ENJOY FAMILY MEALS.
WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT
Guest must bring linens and towels. Arrangements can be made with rental service to have linens and towels dropped off at condo on check in day.
OUTDOOR POOL right on the beach. Lounge chairs and tables available while in the pool area. Beach chairs are available for rent in front of the Atlantis and Clarion Resort. Beach chairs can not be stored in the condominium.

The Atlantis has a security camera system that is monitored 24/7 for your safety and protection. The building is staffed 24 hours a day. The management
team is the best on the beach and the building is well
maintained and updated. Locker rooms and showers are located on the ground floor for your convenience.
The Atlantis lobby and elevators were renovated over the winter months. The elevators are well maintained and fast, never a long wait.
The condo is a beautifully furnished two bedroom, two
full bath condo with an oceanfront balcony. Newly
renovated rooms and freshly painted. Very clean and well maintained unit. The condo has every thing you
need to enjoy your vacation. The beds are queen in the master bedroom (brand new mattress for the 2013 season) with an oceanfront view, and twins in
the second bedroom with a bay view. There is a queen
sleeper sofa in the living room. Must bring your own
linens and towels. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to enjoy family meals. Large flat screen tv in the living room area with a dvd player and a tv in the
master bedroom. Ipod dock provided to listen to your music! A radio with cd player is also provided. Wi-fi is available!! Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores
within walking distance. The condo is family owned since 1989! We may new changes for every season. We have many tenants that have stayed with us year after year.
There is parking for one car with a $35.00 registration
fee for a weekly stay. A lower fee is charged for shorter stays at the Atlantis. An additional car can be added for $10.00 a day. The parking and registration fee is paid at the security desk upon arrival. The parking and registration fee is charged by all high rise condo units in ocean city. It protects the lots from vacationers, not staying at the Atlantis, parking and using the beaches, pools and facilities at the Atlantis.
$500.00 required to book unit for week. A rental agreement will be emailed to tenants for signature and can be mailed back with deposit check. All deposits must be paid by check. Balance due 30 days before rental period. NO Refunds for any reason within 30 days of rental period. Vacation protection insurance available at vrbo home page. Keys are mailed to tenant a week before rental period along with a return envelope to mail back after vacation. Special arrangements can be made for extra keys or earlier receipt of keys. Travel insurance is also recommended for unforeseen circumstances.

CHECK IN TIME 3:30 pm *tenants can provide cell phone number where they can be reached on check in day. A text message can be sent to your phone if unit is ready earlier then agreed check in time.

A family owned condo since 1989.
My family started going to ocean city in the late 60s when my brother and I were little kids. We went every summer for a family vacation. One year we rented a condo at the Atlantis from a family friend and loved it.
We stayed there for many years because we loved the building and the location. When a unit became available on the 4th floor in 1989 we became owners. We have had many wonderful years and memories at the Atlantis.
We love our condo and hope your family will enjoy it too. We have maintained the unit and still spend time there as a family today.

The condo unit is ocean front with a fantastic view of the beach. The pool also has a beach view. Atlantis tenants can also enjoy the amenities next door at the Clarion resort.
