This condo is in the Beach & Tennis Club which is located within 500 feet of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunsets end your day that can be filled with tennis, bocce ball, a beauty spa, boating, swimming in one of two pools. You can also take a convenient trolley ride to shopping or to Ft Myers Beach. The entrance to Barefoot Beach and its million dollar homes is across the street. Naples shopping and dining districts are 10 - 30 minutes away by car. There is a 11% tax on each rental. The $300.00 security deposit is refundable if there is no damage during the rental. There is a $75.00 exit cleaning fee. Patty & Joe Moran, owners of the condo, are licensed Florida Realtors.

My wife, my 3 years old son and me stayed there for nearly a week the end of January 2008.
The condo is nice with a sofabed, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The condo is in one of 5 bigger buildings, but quiet and close to the beach. Outdoor pool is available and convenient. We stayed before in a condo in Miami Beach and we were really happy to get this condo at the Gulf Coast, because it was clean! In Europe we've a saying "It can be old, but it has to be clean and work"! This wasn't the fact in Miami Beach, but here in this one. Don't get me wrong, this condo isn't old, but not new either. I just wanted to point out, that it was clean, although it's not brand new. This location is not for people that want to have fun and are looking for a party, at least in January. It's more a quiet area with 2 or 3 restaurants in walking distance and made for elderly people (forgive me Joe) or people that are not looking for too much life. Thus, we enjoyed it and would stay here again. I had some nice email conversation with the owner and everything worked well. We got the deposit immediately back, mailed by check. I asked to stay two hours longer the last day, because our flight out was later in the day and it was no problem at all. Thank you Joe.
