During the Snowy months the tile floor is kept deliciously warm by a forced air vent right at the foot of the vanity as well as radiant floor heat below tile. When finished with the bathing experience of a lifetime flaunt yourselves into the rustic king sized bed with country bear motif. Close the blinds for 100% darkness and shield yourselves from the blinding Tahoe Sunrise until You are ready to face the day.

- There are two Queen Sleeper sofas not great for adults, kids seem to love them. The two Full beds are great for doubling up kids into. Also Several Futons great for Kids (little slumber parties) frees up beds for adults. Pack & Play for infants (with bassinet) Night time is a great time at the House. Large TV Hosts a good sized DVD collection ranging from late releases to film school classics. Games galore... From preschool titles to Sophisticated Adult Strategy Games to quirky games like TRUMP, Survivor, Click it. Old classics like Chess, checkers, Casino Games galore. Or find one of the leather recliners and pull a book out of one of the book nooks and settle in away from the kids; Ha! Fat Chance....

New Jennaire range with full size oven. Large stainless steel sink and prep sink. Granite counters throughout kitchen and eat-in space to seat six (6). Dining table seats 6 and is expendable to seat 12. Our Greatest Amenity is our location. The West Shore of Tahoe is truly and indisputably The Best Shore! We Can put you arms distance to the Last Stands of Giant Sugar Pine groves in the Tahoe Basin. The west shore was protected from logging so you will be amazed to find foot long sugar pine cones carpeting the whole area. The smells as you walk around will bring back sensations that you probably haven't had since childhood. West Shore has Three of the most beautiful State Parks in the whole of California; that includes Emerald Bay, Bliss, and of course Sugar pine. Rubicon trail head is minutes from our door.

It is away from the more crowded areas of the lake because highway 89 going to Emerald Bay periodically closes during winter due to snow.
Golf: The west shore has many wonderful small restaurants so great dining is always just a few minutes away. The home is situated on a flat lot and always easily accessible with snow removal provided. Please NO smoking or Pets. This is our family home and we are allergic to both. Please no exceptions.
