Our large luxurious fully air conditioned and heated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is available for rental directly from us.
The house is set on a 1 acre double plot overlooking a large lake (complete with resident alligator) and the first tee and ninth green of Long Marsh Golf Club. There is a lovely swimming pool and spa which can be heated in the winter with stunning views from the pool area taking in the magnificent sunsets from the south westerly aspect.
Finished and furnished to the highest standards the house provides comfortable and relaxing accommodation. The great room is furnished with cream leather sofas and equipped with satellite flat screen television, DVD player and music centre. There are several options for dining provided by the formal dining area, the nook are and attractive wicker style table and chairs in the external covered lanai outside by the pool. A further table and chairs are provided by the pool overlooking the lake and golf course for breakfast and evening sundowners.
The three bedrooms are beautifully appointed all with en-suite shower/bathrooms with the master suite equipped with a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, separate oval bath and walk-in shower area. Flat screen television and computer facilities are also provided in the master suite.
The immaculate fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops is equipped with ceramic range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser and all accessories such as coffee maker, toaster etc. A complete range of china, glass and cutlery is provided.
The double garage with easy access remote controlled electric door stores our bikes which can be used to enjoy the nearby cycle paths.
Outside the private and fully screened pool area incorporates four comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas together with a gas barbecue.
The house is located in an area of unspoiled natural beauty with stunning sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico within 10 mins drive. The area is a haven for wildlife including pelicans, ospreys, manatee, dolphin, bobcats, bald eagles and numerous fish specifies. Boating, fishing and golf are available nearby with five golf courses provided on Rotonda alone.
Local shopping is provided within 5 minutes drive with excellent shopping malls at Port Charlotte and factory outlets within an hour. The lovely town of Venice is 30 minutes drive and Sarasota 45 minutes.
There are numerous restaurants of all kind in the area ranging from American style to fine dining within easy reach of the house.
All in all a perfect location for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
