Fabulous Original Victorian 5 BR 3 BA Summer House

Spend your summer days in this grand, exclusive Victorian summer house, secluded from the outside world in its own private neighborhood. While away the hours on a glorious half-mile of private beach. Relax and dine on the wrap-around porch that provides a lovely view of the ocean.

The living room and formal dining room provide plenty of space for summer entertaining. Enjoy the ten foot ceilings, original paneling and details. The downstairs television room comes with cable and DVD. Ten or even twelve guests can sleep comfortably in the five very large upstairs bedrooms.

The house has a full modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. In addition to the three full bathrooms, there is a unique outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The full size pantry and the butler's pantry adjoin the kitchen as does the separate laundry room. Just step out onto the back porch to grill your freshly-caught bluefish on the Weber grill.

Amenities: For our guests who need a large yard, One Raleigh offers more than 6,400 sq. ft. of usable space for tents, volleyball, and badminton. This is in addition to two parking areas for several vehicles.

While vacationing in this unique home may make you feel that you have stepped back in time. But it offers all of the modern amenities including FIOS TV, internet and phone.

Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful, airy, a wonderful vacation, so relaxing, enough room for the whole family and all of our guests, easy drive to downtown, but at night stars so close I thought I could touch them.
