    Balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

    $500 damage deposit and one time cleaning fee of $125 is also due at this time. Damage deposit will be returned within 30 days of return of keys and is based upon a post stay inspection.

    Daily, weekly, monthly, or end-of-stay-only cleaning must be requested at time of reservation.

My wife and I stayed at this condo the month of February 2009. It beat our expectations. The space is very large - two master suite layout. 3 execellent baths. Nice kitchen, but we did not cook much. We hosted family / friends 3 different weeks and got rave feedback on the location and facilities. The location in Carefree is superb - nice smaller community in norh hills away from Phoenix madness. Lots of nice restaurants near. Golf. Hiking. The landscaped views were a plus, lot of wildlife. Desert was green and blooming while we were there. Owner's care was very good on all fronts. We did own laundry/cleaning which was easy task. Pool facility was great, although we 'shared' sometimes with group events run by the resort. The workout area was less than expected. In net the things keeping this from a 5 rating are on the resort itself and not the specific owner's unit. The unit was super. The resort has some things to work on. Location, location, location - was terrific. We hope to reurn.

Fabulous Family Retreat

We visited Carefree for March 2009 Spring Break with our boys, ages 5 and 7, and with their grandpa. The comfortably furnished villa is huge, and allowed all of us to have our own space. The extra den off the 2nd master bedroom was great as it gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for eating in. The villa is next door to a putting green which provided lots of entertainment for the kids and adults, and also directly across from the heated pool and hot tub. The weather was a little cooler than expected, but the heated pool saved the day for our boys.

We also can't say enough about the Carefree/Cave Creek area. Its all very casual, yet there is a full range of options from the upscale Binkleys to the various cowboy bars and hamburger joints. We especially enjoyed the Mexican food at El Encanto and the upscale casual Cafe Binks. Cave Creek coffee and wine is great for mornings or live music in the evening. We had 3 great hikes in area too. And of course there are fabulous golf courses in every direction. The entire booking experience was a breeze and Peter makes it all feel very personal. Thanks for a great holiday.

Perfect getaway!

We just got back from a week long golf vacation and I must say I wish I was still there! The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, well maintained, plenty of room to relax and with all of the modern conviences.

The nights are so quiet and peaceful, I slept like a baby. I especially like the outdoor putting green and bunker right outside our door, that was great for evening putting contests! The pool and hot tub were a few steps away as well. Which was nice after a full day of golf.

I can definately see bringing back the family for a family vacation, the floorplan is such that it provides perfect privacy. So that the kids or another couple can have their privacy and you can have yours. Very nice. And with all the outdoor activities right there to do, it won't be hard hard keeping busy!

Within 5 minutes drive there is a couple of great little restaurants, shopping and great golf.

It was very easy to get to from the airport, pretty much a straight shot. We played golf all over the valley and it was a peice of cake getting anywhere we wanted to go.

I have recommended this condo to all of my friends and family. I would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect desert vacation, I am already planning my next trip!!

Fantastic Villa in Beautiful Carefree

From the moment we walked thru the front door of this beautiful villa, our expectations were surpassed. This villa offered both spacious and private suites. There was more than enough room for our family of 5! The villa backs up to the desert where we saw coyotes, javalinas and other animals right from the back porch. Location is superb, whether you wanted to walk into the town of Carefree or take a short bike ride to historic Cave Creek. The resort offered several pools, trash pickup and nightly campfires.

We spent 3 weeks here and can't wait to go back....maybe next month!

5 stars ++++ for the villa and its owners. Thanks, Thanks, Thanks!!!

Slice of heaven

We just returned from our 2nd time staying at this fantastic Carefree Villa. The property is quite beautiful with mountain views and lush desert landscape. The pool and spa area is outstanding, and water temp. is great.
The unit is very well kept, spacious, and very well equipped with everything you might need.
Due to the layout it offers a great deal of privacy with spacoius bedroom suites with own their own large baths on opposite ends of the villa. In addition there is a full extra bath if you are using the Living Room space for larger groups.
The location is one of the most most scenic in the area and offers a great selection restaurants, golf, hiking, shopping, and unique western shopping.
We travel a great deal and are very particular where we stay and I would give this a total thumbs up.
