Condo Details

THIS IS A MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY! This 2 bedroom 2-bath second floor condo is located in exclusive Ponce Inlet. This unit is approximately 1800 square feet. Master bedroom has Queen size bed and TV, and comfortable views of the ocean with a walk out balcony. Master bath has large bathtub, shower and his and her sinks. The guest bedroom has a twin size bed and a bunk bed. The 2nd bath can be reached by hallway or through the guest bedroom. The living room has TV with VCR/ DVD player and plenty of space to unwind. The dining room has a large comfortable table. The dining room has a stylish 4 seat table to enjoy meals along with a breakfast nook in the kitchen .The family room has comfortable seating along with a TV and VCR/DVD player and a slider to the balcony.

This is a 2nd vacation home.

Condo rental amenities

Unit has a full size washer and dryer inside, beach chairs and toys, hair dryers, microwave and fully furnished kitchen. There is 1 pool & hot tub and a workout room is also on site. Private access to the beach and safe underground parking. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Activities and Attractions in Ponce Inlet Atlantic Coast Central

There is a Marine Science Center a few miles away, The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Daytona Experience at the Race Track, Sun Cruz Casino. Surfing, deep-sea fishing and golf. Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World are only a short drive away.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Ponce Inlet. The big, heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and what a view! The condo couldn't have been better. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were quick to respond to any queries we had and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We have told others about this ocean gem and look forward to furure visits..
