House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8 )

Welcome to our exquisite new construction home located south of Rt 28 between Hardings Beach and downtown Chatham. This home was just finished in May and there is nothing better than new everything! Designer kitchen with large island, stainless steel appliances and wine fridge. Multiple doors leading to new Correct Deck with all new outdoor furniture. Designer bathrooms with stone, tile and granite throughout.

Magnificent family friendly ranch with central air conditioning and wonderful entertaining kitchen, enormous TV room (cathedral ceilings throughout both). First floor laundry.

Bedrooms:

First floor master bedroom has a new queen bed with private bath including a stone shower and two sinks. A second floor master bedroom has a new king size bed and full bath. This room is 25 x 20!

A third bedroom has a queen bed. A fourth bedroom has 2 new twin beds.

Our home is a short distance for those who enjoying walking to the ocean (less and 1 mile) and for those that want a very large private lot on a dead end street. Perfect for little children! In case of cold weather our home has a gas fireplace and we have a new outdoor shower and new grill off the deck.

We provide professional cleaning and beach supplies to make your stay enjoyable. Please no pets or smoking.

Charming Chatham Village with it's awarding winning restaurants, great shopping, and art galleries is a short drive away.

Beautiful Well Appointed New Home

The home is well appointed and close to all amenities. We were in Chatham for the weekend attending wedding festivities held at the Chatham Bars Inn. We shared the house with another couple and were very comfortable and cozy. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms were spotless. The house is located in a quite neighborhood and has a great yard and deck. It was so enjoyable to be able to stay in a home that was new, nicely decorate, has comfortable furntiture and owners who were great communicators. We're planning a trip back to the area next fall and will definitely try and stay here again.
