2BR2BA Mountain and Desert Views in Trendy Neighborhood

1200 square ft. southwest decor, open living space provides a restful escape in desert setting. Fully equipped kitchen includes breakfast bar with 4 bar stools and expandable dining room table. The outdoor patio, off the living room, is facing east and surrounded by desert landscape and mountain views. It's a great place to relax in quiet solitude, but large enough to enjoy family and friends. It also includes full size W/D, double car garage/electric opener. Two separate suites include Master Suite with king bed, armoire w/27' TV/DVD, walk in closet and skylight bathroom shower. The separate Guest Suite has two twin beds and a double closet; plus guest bath with skylight, tub and shower.


Amenities:
Fully furnished,including all linens, fully equiped kitchen,full size W/D, phone, 2 TV's/2 DVD's, stereo, and nicely landscaped yard.


Activities:
Green Valley Recreation Center is located across the street, giving access to olympic size pool, hot tub, exercise room, clay studio, computer lab. There are many other classes and activities offered at the eleven recreation centers. Green Valley Recreation Association facilities and activities available at current minimal charges. Adjoining our community is the Torres Blancas Golf Course. There is an onsite 1 mile exclusive hiking and biking trail. Santa Rita Mountains and Madera Canyon are minutes away.

Notes: It is approximately one block to the Santa Rita Recreation Center. Pictured is the pool and hot tub area. There is also a fitness/gym room, a clay studio, a photography and computer lab. There is a very large deck for outddoor events and a large indoor meeting room for family and community gatherings. Owner has a GVR membership, which allows the tenants privileges. The Spring's Subdivision is surrounded by the Torres Blancas Golf Course and has a private walking and outdoor fitness trail.

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. Nice and bright and clean.Great views of Santa Rita's from living room and patio. Just a short stroll from Green Valley Recreation Centre with excellent pool area - and small friendly gym.

We have recommended this to friends who have also enjoyed their stay here.

Lots of pluses in this condo.
.Negatives - small TV in living room seems a long way from sitting area. Better to watch TV in master bedroom.Carpet in living room getting tired and worn. Large expanse of tile in entrance, kitchen and dining room. Too bad there wasn't more tile, less carpet.

All in all, good location,size,views and well equipped.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
Owner's Response: The carpet has been replaced. The combination of tile/ carpet give a very comfortable feel to the open floor plan. The TV is a 27", which fits very well in the space provided for the entertainment area. The view of the Santa Rita Mountain Range is fantastic along with the desert open space, which is seen from the patio and open floor plan. I have had excellent reviews from all the other tenants who have rented from me. I would certainly be willing to give you these contacts.
