Located on the opposite end of the condo away from the Penthouse suites, and furthest from the pool/tiki-bar (pool can still be seen looking to the left from your balcony) gives you lovely privacy. Treasure Island's sunsets and sugar fine white sand have made them World famous... and this studio continually lures guests to return.

The property of Island Inn Beach Resort sits the closest to the shore line's gulf waters in Treasure Island.

Sea turtles nest on our beach during season, and dolphins swim close to shore all year. Catch the sounds of the surf with an ear to your pillow in this luxurious (TempurPedic pillow top) California King size bed (all bedding is allergen zippered in-cased). You can enjoy plush towels, luxury linens, shower head filter, new windows, black out drapes, digital air conditioner, hair dryer, digital safe, and porcelain floors with a marble deck on the balcony.

Comfortable coastal furnishings with lots of storage say 'Welcome'.

The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials, including and not limited to: Convection oven, automatic coffee maker, Brita water-pitcher, and blender.

Why The Owner chose Treasure Island

The beach was the main attraction with its sugary fine, clean sand. It is a private beach, a very serene place with sea grasses and seasonal nesting sea turtles. We knew it was right because we didn't want to leave. World Famous John's Pass Village/Boardwalk,is only 2 miles away. An excellent grocery store(PUBLIX) is within walking distance. Gulfport/PSTA connector trolley car picks up in front of the our property and runs along Gulf Boulevard all the way past Clearwater with connections to St. Pete Beach,Clearwater. Treasure Island,quaint...a 'do a little' or 'do a lot' kind of place! -Laurie

This condo was exceptional, and Laurie was great to work with! It was so clean, very nicely decorated, and just high quality all around (towels, linens, etc.). The view is incredible, and you basically walk out onto the sand from the building (unless you stop at the convenient tiki bar first). I highliy recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again in the future!

My Significant Other and I stayed over the holidays and had the most wonderful time. The suite was extremely clean, very comfortable, and had everything we could have possibly needed for the week. Laurie was very communicative and helpful and refunded the deposit promptly after our return. Treasure Island is centrally located and everything on the beaches and in St. Pete's and Tampa was easy to get to. I will be recommending this lovely place to family and friends.

Outstanding Vacation

The property owner, Laurie, was so accomodating. The rental was quick and easy to deal with and when we arrived....Oh My !!! The room and furnishings are top-rate; every possible accessory was included and the property is very convenient to everything local...It is obvious that the owners pride themselves in providing a great place to stay.

Rick's Tiki-Bar was a great place to hang out with the lovely bartenders and the Island Inn staff was ready to help us with everything we needed. Long walks searching for seashells, wading into the Gulf's warm waters, visiting John's Pass or sprawling out on the beach were just a few of the many things to do.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax & chill out while enjoying the most beautiful sunsets Florida has to offer. Just be prepared to cry when you leave...Thanks Again !!!

Great Place!

We stayed over the past weekend for our anniversary. It is exactly as described, and is actually better once you get there. Plenty big enough for two people, stocked with everything you would need for a beach stay. We particularly enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony (one was simply spectacular!). Very comfortable bed, quiet, clean, just great. And the champagne in the refrigerator from the owner was a great personal touch. The deposit was returned quickly. The beach wasn't crowded at all. The cabanas provided welcome relief from the hot, hot August sun. We felt this was a very nice place at a very fair price.
The only issue was that the eating establishments nearby were few and not necessarily walking distance (at least the ones we chose). We drove to Johns Pass twice for meals, although there were other restaurants that we passed along the way. One great little place we found was Lisa's Cafe on Gulf Blvd. Great food, friendly nice clean place. Another place we found advertised was Dockside Dave's for grouper sandwiches. It is not dockside. It is small and a very neighborhood type place. But the grouper was very good!
All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely look to stay here again on the next visit. Thanks, Laurie.
