Are you ready to indulge yourself in the ultimate Arizona vacation rental? This home sits on the ninth green of the Painted Mountain Golf Course and has incredible views. Relax and unwind on the wrap around patio complete with outdoor fans and a hot tub. You can watch the golfers finish up on the ninth green while you enjoy the hot tub or cook on the barbecue grill. Access from Phoenix airport is via 202 Freeway and is 25 minutes away. Additionally, there is great shopping at nearby Las Sendas along with fine and casual dining within one mile. The property is fairly new with many recent upgrades including exotic Mexican tile and new carpet. The house is fully furnished and was decorated by award winning interior designers. Each of the four bedrooms is appointed with amenities that you would expect from a Five Star resort but at this reasonable price and privacy of the cul de sac lot.The game room comes equipped with a new custom pool table and Cable Television with DVD player.

The couch folds out to a Queen Bed. All in all, there are too many amenities to list. The property books very fast for the winter months so please call in advance to reserve your time. excellent golfing location

Our group was six canadian golfers. The house was perfect. We played the Painted mountain golf course as well as 5- other excellent golf course all within 15-20 minute drive. Each day we played between 36 - 63 holes of golf so the hot tub was a welcome relief. The house was like home to us. Pool table was nice to have as well. Just a great location for golfers. We will be back.
