This new ( February 2005 ) 17 unit beach front building is one of a kind. Location, location, location!!! Hop off the plane at Tampa International Airport and you are only minutes from paradise! This unit offers a priceless view of the beach from your private balcony and is a corner unit which has windows in every room and skylights to let the Florida sun shine in. Great getaway for 2 or bring family or friends. Can accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy the heated beach side pool/ Jacuzzi; take a stroll down the white sandy beaches. Return to watch the beautiful sunset over the Gulf of Mexico and then take a short walk under the stars for either casual or fine dining.

This unit offers telephone, air-conditioning, linens, beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, etc.. New washer/dryer in unit. Every room has cable TV with DVD and stereo in living room. Retreat to the master bedroom which has a king size bed and private bath. Queen bed in second bedroom and other sleep accommodations include a queen sleeper sofa. Sleep in comfort on a pillow top mattress with soft, top quality linens. Just sink in! Don't forget to relax by the pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and take a walk down prestigious Bellair Beach.

Activities:: Clearwater Beach is 5 minutes to the north. St. Petersburg Beach is 10 minutes to the south. This is a great condo, very large living area/dining & kitchen! Very nicely decorated and very clean. Anything and everything you need for the beach is there, chairs, towels, cooler, sand toys for children, umbrella. Just can't say enough good things about this condo. You won't be disappointed with this one. Also, great A/C!!!!

The apartement was as described - spacious, fully furnished and stocked with basics. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner provided good directions for everything and we didnt need to call them with questions. The apartment also had beach toys for kids, beach towels, chairs, mats & umbrellas so you dont have to lug that with you. The pool is also nice but a little small. The hot tub wasnt working when we were there but the water was nice and hot all the same. Beach was not as good as we had hoped it to be. There were millions of shells (solid and crushed) that were bothersome if walking barefoot and lot of sea weeds/plants in the water.
