This spacious, two bedroom, two bath, Wildernest condominium backs up to the White River National Forest with a southern exposure and stunning views of Peak One and Buffalo Mountain from the living room and deck. This unit is fully and tastefully furnished with all the requirements of a home away from home to make your stay convenient and uncomplicated. This first floor Snowscape condo with parking right outside the door has a wood-burning fireplace in the open-space living area. The Summit County Stage, a free bus system will drop you off at ski resorts, the outlet mall, and restaurants in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge; then return you when you are finished. Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Vail and Beaver Creak are all within 15-35 minutes. We will not rent to guests who smoke or who have friends or family who smoke and plan to stay at our condo. There is direct access to snowshoeing, cross-country, and hiking activities right outside your door! Five World Class golf courses are located within a 15 to 20 minute drive. Moose, elk, mule deer and fox are often seen in the meadow directly below the back door. Other condo amenities include the Clubhouse with Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna directly across from the condo. Fireplace (wood furnished), BBQ gas grill, Washer/Dryer available in clubhouse, Linens provided, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffeemaker. fully furnished kitchen, Cable TV, DVD, CD Player, Stereo, Telephone, and wireless internet.

Downhill skiing, boarding, fishing, shopping, golf, boating, horseback riding, and 4 wheeling are within minutes of this peaceful and quiet condo's convenient location. A trail from the condo backdoor leads to a meadow where moose, elk, mule deer, and fox are often seen. Silverthorne Recreation Center is a beautiful 8 year old center with 2 pools, children's pool, slides, hot tubs, basketball court, fitness room, running/walking track. Very low rate for non-members. The condo is located on a mountain 80 miles from Denver International Airport, 2 miles to Silverthorne, 5 miles to Frisco, 12 miles to Breckenridge, 30 miles to Vail, 35 miles to Avon (Beaver Creak), 6 miles to Keystone resort, 12 to Breckenridge resort, 9 miles to Copper Mountain, 30 miles to Vail resort, and 35 miles to Beaver Creak resort.

Great Vacation at Summit Retreat

My husband, brother, father and I spent 8 nights at this wonderful condo. It has everything you need to have a great family get together, fully stocked kitchen supplies, great fireplace with wood provided, even an entertainment center stocked with books and games. The place is very quiet and clean and has a great view out the back door. We skied for 5 days and the location to ski resorts is perfect! Location to restaurants and shopping couldn't be better. The owners were very attentive and helpful during the rental process. We all had a great time and hope to enjoy this beautiful condo again in the future!

I would like to share our experience with anyone considering this home. This was our first experience with Jim & Sue and I must say we picked a winner. They were terrific with accomodating my family and I on such short notice when our other arrangements were mixed up. They were very helpful both prior to and during our stay. Their home was beautiful, cozy and convenient. From the moment you walk in you can see the owners take great pride and effort into making you feel welcome and keeping their home well maintained. They have thought of everything when it comes to detail and supply. The home was nicely supplied from the smallest of toiletries to the the biggest detail upon arrival. I must say this location offered my family a variety of activities just right outside the door. From hiking the many trails to biking, to fishing, skiing, shopping, snow shoeing, etc.
There is a spectaular view from the living room looking out and from the back porch
We truely enjoyed this home and want to thank you for allowing us to be guest's. We definitely will be returning.

We stayed at the condo over President's weekend 2007 and felt totally at home. The spacious two bedroom, two bath unit was clean, comfortable, and well supplied. The owners are very hospitable and easy to work with. We hope to return in the summer.

What a wonderful condo. We ski'd over Presidents Day Weekend in 2006 and was absolutely thrilled with the interior and amenities of the condo. Fully stocked and very inviting. The owners are super hospitable, and great renters. The fireplace was stocked with wood, kitchen with dishware, and clean sheets. Club house was fun, and hot-tub was hot. Couldn't have been happier. Thanks so much...Will be back every year!!
