Egret's Landing is a modern 3/2 'getaway home' on Cudjoe Key and complete with all the amenities and extras you'll need for an 'island perfect' vacation. Enjoy the sparkling beaches, great boating, secluded parks, excellent fishing, and wonderful restaurants that the Keys have to offer. This is a non-smoking property only. Located in quiet residential neighborhood on 'Ocean' side of Cudjoe Key. It features private tropical landscape with sundeck area and decorative patio furniture. There is plenty of room to moor your boat right at your back door. The canal is approximately 8 feet deep however, the controlling depth to get into the canal is about 2' at low tide. There are plenty of boat ramps and a couple of Marinas within approximately 1 mile but not a ramp on the property.
