This nearly 1,000 sq ft, tastefully decorated 2BR ground level suite is ideally located! The suite is just 1 km from some of North Vancouver’s best parks and hiking/biking trails (Lynn Canyon/Lynn Headwater/Lower Seymour Conservation Area/Baden Powell Trail). At nearby Lynn Valley Town Centre, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, a wonderful library and more. Downtown Vancouver, Grouse Mountain, Lonsdale Quay, the PNE and the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal are all just minutes away by car and are also easily accessible by transit with a bus stop just half a block from your door.

I have lived in North Vancouver for over 13 years. I love introducing guests to the amazing scenery and locations here in Lynn Valley.

I chose to buy a home in Lynn Valley because of the peaceful and beautiful mountain lifestyle...you can escape to the wilderness and some truly exquisite scenery in a matter of minutes. But you're also just 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver and all the excitement it has to offer. It's a perfect combination.

What makes this apartment unique

Access to world-class mountain biking. Amazing parks and nature trails. Friendly, safe neighborhood. Close to downtown Vancouver, but removed from the hustle and bustle. Large comfortable suite. Friendly hosts.

We regularly come in Vancouver and consistently choose to come to Andrea’s lovely suite. It is easily accessible, well appointed, very clean, quiet and comfortable. It is close to basic amenities such as grocery stores and we always find all that we need no matter if we choose to spend a weekend or a month. Andrea is a lovely host, is welcoming and always ready to answer our questions and help us settle in.

Most of the time we are in Vancouver for business, however, we love nature and the location of this suite meets that need as well. It is located in a beautiful part of the city, higher up the mountains where you find gorgeous forest trails and quiet coves. In fact you are so close to nature that encounters with furry friends such as raccoons are commonplace.

This is a very safe and friendly area for the whole family. We recommend it with enthusiasm.

I have stayed in this suite several times . The pictures and description of this suite does do it justice. While I expected a pleasant stay the suite far exceeded my expectations. It was gorgeous and perfectly located in Lynn Valley, close to the beautiful Lynn Canyon, restaurants, shops, public transport all located within easy distance. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer. I also must add a word about the owner. I have traveled for many years and must say I have never met a more accommodating hostess. The next time I go to North Vancouver I would never consider staying anywhere else. This location was perfect, had everything I needed and way beyond beyond my expectations.

Wonderful Property, Wonderful Location

We stayed longer than anticipated because the property was so perfect for our needs. Home from home with every convenience added for comfort. Finished to an extremely high standard, yet warm and relaxing. The area is wonderful for outdoor activities yet only minutes to a mall, library, rec centre, etc. The trails in the area are amazing for hiking and biking and Lynn Canyon and suspension bridge are a must see.
This property is highly recommended by our family! Thank you so much to the amazing landlady for her wonderful hospitality!
