A large, custom, pedestal table in the dining area seats four comfortably in brightly colored, hand carved chairs.Just off the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your convenience.Maid service [a through cleaning and fresh linens] is provided twice weekly.The Val Mar II condominium complex was completed in September 2004, and is located on the north shore of the Bay of Banderas in the community of Las Gaviotas near the fishing village of La Cruz.This beautifully appointed four unit condominium complex is a short 14 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport where you are removed from the noise and dirt of the city traffic,yet just a leisurely 20 minute drive via the new four lane hwy
