South Seas Club Tower 3 is in a 55 acre gated community with lush tropical landscaping and is located on the north end of Marco Island's Crescent Beach and at the south end of Tiger Tail Beach. Walk south for parasailing, jet skiing, shops, restaurants, Resident's beach, resorts etc. Walk north to Tiger Tail Beach, a picturesque thirty one acre nature preserve and shorebird nesting area where a snack bar, a picnic area with grills, a playground, and a concession stand. There you can rent inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon. Be sure to bring a tote to keep all the sand dollars and shells you can carry. Watch the dolphins swim by, take in the most amazing sunsets and incredible views from the private 37' balcony or enjoy the tropical breeze.

With plenty of room for the whole family our 2 bedroom, 2 bath newly updated and furnished beach front condo is beautifully decorated, luxuriously appointed and could easily sleep six. A King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sofa bed can comfortably accommodate your vacation stay. Additionally, our spacious living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and two full baths provide space for everyone. A panoramic view of the platinum white sand beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen through the wall of windows in the living room and both bedrooms.

The all new kitchen is lavishly equipped and fully stocked with cookware, dishes, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster oven and dishwasher. The kitchen also has an open view of the dining room, living room, beach and Gulf of Mexico.

There is beautiful tile flooring throughout the kitchen, dining room and hall.

A great place to stay!

My husband and I enjoyed this condo very much, it was very comfortable and clean. We felt very much at home and thought the view was great, the beach, the ocean and also the extended look down the beach at the other condos. We loved the access to the balcony from all the rooms, there was plenty of light during the day with all the large glass doors. The neighbors in the other condos were very nice across the hall and we invited them in to see our view and they were envious that they didn't have that. At night it was very quiet, no loud parties around us so we thought it was perfect for young families with children. The condo is close to a grocery store and good restaurants too. All of the walks we took within the gated complex was very enjoyable and very quiet. All in all it was a very memorable stay. Thank you very much for extending us the opportunity to stay here. Disappointing- not worth the money we paid

We stayed at this condo for the month of February. There were 4 in our party. We found this unit to be a bit disappointing considering how much we paid. The positives first- the view from the balcony is beautiful. It’s shaded in the afternoon and it was very pleasant sitting out there looking at the beach & gulf. The pool area at South Seas is very nice-well maintained & clean, although there was a serious lack of chairs and lounges to accommodate everyone. The owner provides many things for the beach, including a wagon with 4 beach chairs in it. We loved taking the wagon to the beach in the evening to watch the sunset.
We found the condo itself to be seriously lacking in many things. It was a bit shabby and in need of updating. A few window blinds were lose and kept falling down, the fan in the guest bathroom was very loud but didn‘t actually work, no mirrors in the bedrooms, the knives were so dull you could barely cut anything, coffee mugs were dirty and stained, dishwasher didn’t clean well, the towels were old and many had stains on them. Many things seemed a bit dirty. The ironing board was broken when we got there but we bought a new one and the owner did compensate us for it. It’s mentioned in the add and also the owner verbally confirmed, that there was a grill on the premises for our use, but there is no grill! We asked the manager of South Seas Towers where the grills were and they were shocked we had been told there were grills-there is not!! The laundry facilities are very inconvenient. There are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers to accommodate the whole floor, so it was hard to find a time to do our laundry & it cost us $60.00 for the month to wash our clothes. There are way too many keys to use to get in and out of the building, the pool and even on to the beach- we got use to it, but it was pretty inconvenient. Then there’s the parking fees- it costs $20 for the privilege to park in the ramp and another $10 if you want quicker access past the guard. All these costs add up!
All in all, Marco Island is a wonderful place to stay but we would not go back to this condo again or to South Seas Towers for that matter.
Owner's Response: We were so surprised by this review from this tenant who just stayed at our condo. At no time did we receive any call regarding any issues during their stay other than an ironing board that apparently broke which we had replaced immediately. We have a modern beachfront condo that is decorated beautifully. This condo is fully stocked with everything imaginable for a fun and relaxing stay. Our condo underwent a complete renovation in 2011 which included all new furnishings and supplies. Everything purchased was of a better quality and hotel grade. This is the very first negative review we have had in the 3 years we have rented our condo. Everyone who has stayed with us so far have had all positive things to say about their vacation with us. Sometimes things do happen, break or go dull, that is reasonable to expect by most people. In life we have occasion to deal with a persons expectations that are much too high & their reactions to things too dramatic. While some of the items listed were in fact minor problems & have been addressed/remedied, other perceptions are exaggerations or just false which really surprised us. Not a factual or fair assessment of our beautiful condo. The club pool has plenty of lounge chairs, the laundry facilities are on each floor and are reasonable cost. There are 2 HUGE mirrors in the master en suite and guest bath too. Dirty/stained coffee cups have been rewashed and the dishwasher run empty on a clean cycle. Problem solved. The linens are replaced quite regularly and this too has been addressed. We had no idea the knives were not sharp...(right next to the knife sharper.) (?) We have sharpened those now. All said and done, each issue was minor in nature and took such a small amount of time and energy to remedy. The grills are located at the docks by the boats and not on the balconies per city code. This is a high rise building - no grills on balconies for the safety of all residents. This is discussed and explained to all prospective tenants. Finally, the keys to the building, boardwalk and condo front door are necessary for the security of all residents. This is how all rental condo buildings operate on Marco Island...it is not a hotel. At the end of all this we could have made each minor issue go away with a simple call. We are available to make anyone's stay the most pleasant possible. We learn and move forward. We welcome any other comments. Thank you

Great Stay!

The condo is in a great location (central to the island). The unit is on a lower level which makes it very convenient, but still a great view of the Gulf. The unit was comfortable with plenty of hot water which we liked with four people. Communication with owner was always prompt. Overall, great stay!

A very nice condo on Marco Island

My wife and I rented this condo in the South Seas Club in January 2014. We had a few glitches at the beginning, finding the condo, and getting in touch with the owner when we first arrived to take care of some problems, but once we got in touch, the owner was helpful in resolving things.
The condo itself is on the sunny side of the tower, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the white sand beach. Being on the sunny side was helpful since the weather was influenced by the polar vortex in January this year. The walk to the sand is only a few steps, but the water's edge is probably a quarter of a mile from the condo. However, we made watching the sunset "an event" each night, so just had to leave early enough to leave time to walk out to the water. We saw some gorgeous sunsets!
The condo is beautifully decorated, with nice furniture and beds and has some of the best equipment (pots, pans, dishes) I've ever seen in a rental condo. We enjoyed our time there, and would stay again.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED UNIT 309!! AWESOME!!

Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! The ocean view was awesome, the unit was super clean, professionally decorated and had all the amenities (plus some) for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Nothing was missing in this condo! The rooms were spacious with modern décor and had been recently updated. The master bedroom was beautiful with gorgeous furniture and large walk-in style bathroom. Large flat screen TV's with internet and cable, books and DVD's. The kitchen had all the appliances, utensils, dishes and cookware supplied and the bathrooms included all amenities. Our condo had extra supplies - everything we needed was available, plenty of linens, towels, pool/beach towels, beach chairs and a closet full of beach amenities. The balcony was gorgeous, it ran the length of the unit with large sliders from both bedrooms and the living room with spectacular views of the ocean and awesome views of the Florida sunrise and sunset. The beach was never over crowed and always clean - we visited the beach everyday and enjoyed looking for shells and just plain relaxing! There is a very well equipped fitness center and swimming pool that is clean and well maintained. It is a very private gated community, plus the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Restaurants are a short leisurely walk or driving distance away. I hope this helps you enjoy the condo as much as we did! WE WERE TOTALLY IMPRESSED - IT WAS A GREAT STAY AND WE WOULD GO BACK!!!

Marco Island is the largest of the 10,000 islands of Southwest Florida. The everglades is nearby for swamp buggy tours and alligator sightings! Shelling and boating through the canals are incredible! Days of fun and adventure! Marco Island is a very modern city with a homespun feel.....all the amentities including shopping but close to many adventures in nature. Really an eye opener and your vacation will be exciting for sure!
