Nestled in a woodsy quiet residential neighborhood sits our spacious 2 level home. The living room is very spacious open to the dining room and kitchen, with huge vaulted beam ceiling. There is a wood/gas fireplace, and lots of windows to gaze out of at the wonderful surroundings and partial lake views. Front and Back decks complete this perfect vacation home. This cabin is the perfect family get-a-way for people to enjoy, especially in the summertime with great amenities. With your stay at this property during the summertime, you can take advantage of the Chambers Landing Homeowners Association, Pool, Beach & Tennis Courts just 1 mile away. Shuttle runs to Pool/Beach during the summer (Pool opens 3rd weekend in June).

There is also a view of the lake from our large deck for you to enjoy.

Activities: Winter: Fantastic Skiing & Snowboarding! Ice skating, sledding, snowmobiling! Gazing at the stars! Five minutes from Homewood, and 20 minutes from Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. Summer: swimming, boating, sailing, golf, tennis, kayaking, hiking, biking, rollerblading, water skiing, wake boarding, river rafting, horseback riding, rock climbing, 4-wheeling. This home is 15 minutes from Tahoe City shopping and dining.

Area: Our cabin is the perfect family get-a-way for people to enjoy, especially in the summertime with great amenities. With your stay at our home, you can take advantage of the Chamberlands Homeowner's Association, Pool, Beach & Tennis Courts just 1 mile away during the summertime. During the wintertime, you can ski at Homewood, which is 5 minutes away or Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows which are 20 minutes away. Fun sled/saucer run for the kids can be made in the backyard, and great cross-country skiing areas are only 5 to10 minutes away.
