Stroll along the beach or on the pier and watch the surfers at some of California's best surfing breaks. Soak up the sun while lying on the beach, swim, boogie board, or watch the sunset. Beach chairs, boogie boards and fishing equipment are included. Nearby shops include everything you need plus antiques, swimwear, surf shops, Kinko's, post office, and arts and crafts. Also the public library is only one half block away. The many restaurants to sample include Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai and Fisherman's on the pier. Also great cafes for breakfast and lunches. We are now your Green Holiday choice in San Clemente! Solar Electric panels on the roof produce our own electricity. We also have two 2-bedroom rentals in the same building. So, if you see on our calendar that your dates are not available in this 3-bedroom unit, contact us anyway and ask about our 2-bedroom units. Or, for large family gatherings, rent two or all three of our units at a discount rate.

Wonderful 4th of July in San Clemente, California

We spent two weeks at this vacation rental in San Clemente, including the 4th. of July. It is a marvelous location, very close (easy walk) to the beach/pier and the charming downtown. The photos do accurately reflect the appearance and amenities, the property was clean and well-maintained as well. The owner was very responsive and eager to please. We would and have recommended this property to others, and we have already made our reservation for next summer!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

An excellent repeat visit.

This was our second visit to this great property. Centrally located in a fine beach community, we found the condo clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The size was perfect for our extended family of six and the upper deck, recently update, gave us a great place to enjoy the afternoons. We have already booked our week for next year and would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

love to stay at this condo!

Bill and Marsha's condos are a perfect place to stay if you like to be close to the beach and trendy shops. It's perfect. Our family has stayed in the condo for several summer vacations and we have enjoyed it each time.

Wonderful!!!

Thank you, Bill and Marsha, for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo. The location just couldn't be better---so close to the beach and the shopping/restaurants as well. The two wagons provided were such a help in transporting beach chairs (which were also provided) down to the beach. Sunsets on the upstairs balcony were enjoyed----almost as much as the ones at the pier!! I hope to be able to come back. My grandsons loved the bunk beds!! Thanks again for such a nice place!

We love the close proximity to the downtown area

Thanks Bill and Marsha for allowing the use of your beautiful condo for the 2nd time. The 1st time was in Sept 2007 when our son married a wonderful gal from Costa Mesa.
We love the close proximity to the downtown area with all the shops and restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. Some of our favorite restaurants in San Clemente are Fisherman&#39;s, El Ranchito, Carbonera Trattoria Italiana and Billy&#39;s Meat and Deli.
We love the morning strolls on the beach and watching the sunsets on the pier. For a longer walk on the beach, we hiked south to San Clemente State Beach - Very beautiful.
We hope to return soon. Thanks!
