Stroll along the beach or on the pier and watch the surfers at some of California's best surfing breaks. Soak up the sun while lying on the beach, swim, boogie board, or watch the sunset. Beach chairs, boogie boards and fishing equipment are included. Nearby shops include everything you need plus antiques, swimwear, surf shops, Kinko's, post office, and arts and crafts. Also the public library is only one half block away. The many restaurants to sample include Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai and Fisherman's on the pier. Also great cafes for breakfast and lunches. We are now your Green Holiday choice in San Clemente! Solar Electric panels on the roof produce our own electricity. We also have two 2-bedroom rentals in the same building. So, if you see on our calendar that your dates are not available in this 3-bedroom unit, contact us anyway and ask about our 2-bedroom units. Or, for large family gatherings, rent two or all three of our units at a discount rate.

Amenities: Enjoy a beach holiday year round in this spacious, fully-furnished apartment with a completely outfitted kitchen, including microwave and Cuisinart. Also included is cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo system and laundry facilities. Additional TV and VCR in Master bedroom. Three bedrooms and two baths easily sleeps seven. The master bedroom has a Cal king bed, and a private wood deck with bar-b-cue and deck furniture, bedroom-2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom-3 has a bunk bed and separate twin bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room and inflatable beds are available for extra children.

Activities: Enjoy the beach and fishing pier just a short walk away, or visit nearby Dana Point Harbor, Laguna Beach, and Mission San Juan Capistrano. Also, several golf courses are available in the area.

Area: San Clemente is located midway between Los Angeles and San Diego and just an hour's drive from Disneyland and Sea World. We get only great reviews from our guests seeking a memorable summer holiday or a winter refuge from the cold.

We had a great time during our week at your condo. The space was great, beds were good, well equipped and comfortable. What a great location. You can walk to everything and still get a work out with all the hills!

We spent the month of February in this property and really had a wonderful time. The location could not be better. It's a short walk to the pier and the beach and an equally short walk to the beautiful San Clemente downtown area with numerous shops and nice restaurants.

We stayed here in 2005, and as I was browsing vrbo, I remembered what a nice house this was, and what a good time we had. The accomodations were great, the owner very nice, and we hope to visit again! The walk to the beach and downtown are both easy, the farmers market was fun, and the mexican restaurant was really good -can't remember the name . Thanks again.

Bill was very responsive and professional in the selection processWe were a young family of five (3 kids under 3!) with a friend and her teenager. Therefore we were worried about noise and roominess. There was plenty of room and comfort for all. We especially appreciated the short walk to the beach and to the shops. The house was in great condition and was very comfy with not many breakable things which made it alot easier for us with three little ones. It was great having the extra bathrooms especially with a large group. Also the extra beach gear etc came in handy. Lastly having available laundry access in the garage was magic with ALL the youngsters washing we did many times over! Just bring lots of qtrs.
