- 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath

Stroll along the beach or on the pier and watch the surfers at some of California's best surfing breaks. Soak up the sun while lying on the beach, swim, boogie board, or watch the sunset. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and fishing equipment are included. The many restaurants to sample include Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai and Fisherman's on the pier. Also great cafes for breakfast and lunches. We are now your Green Holiday choice in San Clemente! Solar Electric panels on the roof produce our own electricity. We also have two 2-bedroom rentals in the same building. So, if you see on our calendar that your dates are not available in this 3-bedroom unit, contact us anyway and ask about our 2-bedroom units. Or, for large family gatherings, rent two or all three of our units at a discount rate.

Amenities: Enjoy a beach holiday year round in this spacious, fully-furnished apartment with a completely remodeled kitchen with new granite counter tops and appliances Also included is a new interactive flat screen TV with cable, DVD, VCR, stereo system and laundry facilities. Additional TV and VCR in Master bedroom.

Three bedrooms and two baths easily sleeps seven. The master bedroom has a Cal king memory foam bed, and a private tiled deck with gas bar-b-cue and deck furniture, bedroom-2 has a new comfortable Queen bed, Bedroom-3 has a bunk bed and separate twin bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and inflatable beds are available for extra children.

Activities: Enjoy the beach and fishing pier just a short walk away, or visit nearby Dana Point Harbor, Laguna Beach, and Mission San Juan Capistrano. Also, several golf courses are available in the area. Nearby shops include everything you need plus antiques, swimwear, surf shops, post office, and arts and crafts. Also the public library is only one half block away and every Sunday there is a Farmer's Market just up the street.

Area: San Clemente is located midway between Los Angeles and San Diego and just an hour's drive from Disneyland and Sea World.

We have been in the vacation rental business in San Clemente since 2000 and have met many wonderful people as a result. We really enjoy sharing our home and beautiful San Clemente with people on vacation or escaping from uncomfortable weather back home. We strive to keep our rentals clean and comfortable and take every opportunity to make upgrades. To make a reservation, send an email inquiry (bottom of this ad). I will reply with a link to our website and information on the rental agreement and how to send your deposit. We accept personal checks, PayPal or major credit cards from our website. Once we have received your $300 Reservation/Security deposit, your reservations will be confirmed.
Cleaning Fee: $125.00
Tax: 10%
Fees And Taxes $125 cleaning fee and 10% tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY. The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. Your reservation deposit is 100% refundable (minus credit card fees if any) until 60 days prior to your arrival date. Within 60 days of arrival, it is refundable (minus a $100 admin fee) if we are able to re-rent it for your dates.

* Approximate monthly rate. Actual rate will depend on the days of the month you stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A perfect apartment in a perfect location

Three generations of Burdettes stayed for 5 days and loved it. Half of us are from England so the sunshine was heaven. The apartment was perfect for what we needed - close to the beach, the pier, the shops... We drove to Riveria beach a couple of days and would recommend this over the pier, although the pier was fantastic for a convenient quick beach trip. All in all a perfect apartment in a perfect location for a perfect California beach stay.

Stayed at Bill and Marcia's place in San Clemente from 12/31/12 until 1/7/13. This rental is awesome! Clean, convenient, and a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc..! Bill is a super nice guy and we are looking forward to next year already!

Great place to stay! It fit our family perfect! Thank you for all the great extras this place has. We had lots of fun, meals here and eating out. Running on the beach was so great! My boys loved the pier. The location was great! We spent a day in San Diego, a day at Dana Point, and a day at Balboa Island. Thanks for making it such a great vacation!

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay! Our place had lots of room and made us feel like home! We were sad about the weather, clouds and fog everyday, but we still made it fun. The Italian restaurant down by the beach was amazing! They had a daily special for cheap every day. We loved how close the beach was, 4 minutes walking distance. Can't get much better than that. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come again. Thanks Bill you are great.
