    Weekly: June 16, 2008 through Sept. 7, 2008: $950 a week (additional weeks negotiable)

    Weekly: Sept. 7, 2008 through June 15, 2009: $850 week ($2,150 per month)


    Deposits required: $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit; $400 refundable security deposit.

    Receipt of deposit holds reservation. Security deposits returned within two weeks of departure.
  • Reservations canceled after receipt of deposit will incur a $250 fee.
