Location:: Beautiful beaches - from Clear water with miles of flat sandy beaches and entertainments such as sailing, fishing, dolphin encounters, jet skis, parascending and fishing to.... Honeymoon island sub-tropical barrier island with few visitors and hermit crabs, sand dollars and starfish. Excellent selection of restaurants and bars within walking. 30 miles of trail for strolling, jogging, cycling or roller booting. We have a few cycles which you are welcome to use. Lovely antique and craft shops in historic Dunedin main street. Superb baseball stadium to encounter real Floridians. Canoeing to encounter manatees or, for the more adventurous, canoeing to encounter alligators! Great Golfing with two 18 hole courses in Dunedin and over 30 courses in the locality. Tampa and Busch Gardens with Adventure Island water park is 45 mins away and Orlando with its attractions is around 90 mins.
Villa:: Caged and completely secluded heated private pool. Master bedroom with king-size bed, large ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and twin washbasins. Two additional bedrooms each with a queen size bed and single bed. Second bathroom/shower. Large sitting room/dining area with cable TV, DVD and CD player. Dining area seats 6/8. Fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and coffee maker. Laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron. Separate WC.
Price: £595 PW for 2008 and £635 for 2009: Simple and excellent value at £595 for 2008 and £635 for 2009. No supplements for peak periods. Holidays of any duration. Extra days pro rata. Midweek to midweek reservations possible to enable you to take midweek flights and avoid weekend supplements.
