GREAT SUMMER & FALL RATES FOR SPACIOUS WAILEA 2 BDRM / 2 BATH!!!

This was my first time to Maui. The whole family over for my sisters wedding at the Marriott in wailea. This condo was perfect for us. My husband and I shared it with my mom, step dad, and younger sister. The master bedroom was very roomy, and I loved how spacious and bright the living and kitchen areas are. I also loved how we were looking onto an expansive lawn area, it really gave it a private feel to it, and even though next to the road, there were trees linning that side so didn't really even notice them. We had friends staying right above pool in another condo and though that was nice not nearly as quiet and relaxing as this location, also the bbq area was great really enjoyed bbqing with family a few times while we were there. really close to the Marriott so made it simple to meet up with sister and fiance for wedding stuff. The property manager was also very helpful and easy to get hold of. I would defineately highly recommend this condo for someone's stay in south Maui!!

The Palms of Wailea is an awesome condo complex with ocean views and close to Keawakapu Beach entrance in the beautiful, upscale area of Wailea. This condo has plenty of space with two big bedrooms and large closets. The kitchen has been upgraded and has all the dishes you need for a family gathering. The furniture is good/solid quality and beds are comfy. The lanai is huge and we really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee while watching all the different types of birds. There is loads of room to throw a football or frisbee in grassy area off of the lanai. Rachel was the best to deal with and I'm happy to have met her too. She was quick to respond to all my emails and phone calls. The gift basket was a lovely touch after a long flight.

Our family rented unit #601 at the Palms recently and were very happy with our stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The unit was clean, had a well equipt kitchen and plently of beach towels.
This was our 3rd visit to Maui and this unit was by far the nicest we have stayed in for a reasonable cost. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is great for kids. Rachel who manages the condo for the owner was very prompt at communicating with me when I was inquiring to rent. She made everything from the money transaction to the directions to the unit from the aiport very simple. The only things that would of improved our stay were: #1 An outside light left on as we arrived at 10pm and it was so dark at the entry to the unit we had to use our cell phone to type in the door code. #2 even though we were very good at keeping our food put away those little ants invaded the kitchen counter everyday. I think they were getting in the kitchen window. It was expected but got a little annoying. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay at The Palms & I would definately rent this unit again. Thank you!
