    The rate calendar above doesn't work for us as rates vary according to the time of year & total length of your stay. Christmas Day is more expensive than January 1st, for example, but the overall price may be less per night if you are booking 14 nights rather than 5. We calculate your quote depending upon your exact dates.

    Comparing Prices?

    Remember our price includes the Florida State Sales Tax of 12½%. Most other Owners list prices excluding this tax. So you have to remember to add this tax to their price to make a fair comparison

    In addition, our house is within a short walk of the Clubhouse & pools, and not a mile away right at the back of the Resort or overlooking a noisy road. Price should not be the only consideration. You'll soon wish you'd paid more when you discover you can't get a decent nights sleep
  • Over a quarter of our reservations are referred or returning guests

    Discount offered for extended rental periods.

    We sometimes have some last minute availability at ludicrously low prices so if you can be flexible with your dates, contact us!

    Please note there is a cleaning fee to clean the house after you leave of $75 for reservations of less than 6 nights. We have to pass this charge on as this is what the Management Agent who runs the Resort charges us. Any reservation over 5 nights, we absorb this charge

    All bookings are subject to a $10 per night fee for Regal Palms Club Membership. 6 nights booked = $60. This fee applies to all reservations & all houses on this Resort

    DEPOSIT

    To secure your dates, I require a non-refundable deposit of $120 or £70 (if booking in UK Sterling) or 10% of the booking value (whichever is the higher)

    BALANCE PAYMENT

    The balance should be paid in full 8 weeks before you arrive at the Resort

The beauty of this brand new property is that it is part of a private Resort with its own 24 hour Check-In service, a 2 acre Tropical Swimming Pool Complex with 2 heated pools, heated Jacuzzi/spa, waterfalls, waterslide, 'lazy river', poolside bar etc. In addition there is a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Games Room, Sports Bar (with satellite TV), and Internet Cafe. There is also a Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, Spray-Tan room, another indoor heated Jacuzzi/spa & Health Centre (massage, facial, and manicure, pedicure, yoga & aerobics classes) & Multi-jet power shower.

All the communal facilities are free to the guests of the house This resort really is something special! Amenities: Air Conditioning, Linen & Towels, Hair Dryer, Electric Oven & Hob, Microwave, Refrigerator with Ice maker, built in Sink Waste Disposal Unit, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, 4 piece Toaster, Electric Can Opener, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, Iron & Ironing Board, In-room Safe, Covered Porch & Balcony. Lovely house and relaxing resort

The house and complex were fantastic and everyone had a great time. We were a party of 4 adults and three childres (Ages 1, 5 and 13 yrs). Check in was smooth and the house is really well located within a few minutes walk of the reception, shop, spa, gym and pool complex. The house was immacuate and everything was presented lovely for our arrival - even down to a fully dressed dining table and creatively folded towels. Everything was exactly as described on the website although the downstairs accomodation maybe looks a little larger in the photos but still big enough and easily looked after. The two upstairs bedrooms were great and all the bathrooms were spacious and clean. In addition, everything was there that we needed towels, dishes, etc although I would say that another set of cutley would have been useful. Our only regret is that with trying to fit in visiting all the Disney parks and Seaworld we didn't make enough use of the pool complex. The lazy river and slides are perfect for families with young children - not deep and rarely crowded. The pool at one side also goes to 0m which was great for our 1 yr old to sit in and splash and both young children and adults alike loved the slide (NB. although one website says that inflatables aren't allowed there was no problem and everyone had them). Soft drinks were about $2 poolside and were generous and although we only ate once in the restaurant for lunch the food and prices were fine. The resort was also really handy to a lovely supermarket (Publix) and only a few minutes drive to a Walmart (just north on the US27 and past the slip for the 192). I would thoroughly recommend this property and the owner. His customer service was second to none and we felt he looked after us right from booking through to us arriving at the house - all the information he provided made it effortless - even including the pictures of the road signs! Simon is like Disney - there's nothing he hasn't thought of - just see his Frequently Asked Questions link and you'll see what I mean!

Holiday at Regal Palms

We chose Simon's property for our holiday to Disneyland at easter. The house was just as described and was ideal for us, with 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Very well equipped, and the aircon was very good. The house is about 400 metres from the clubhouse complex, and the children really enjoyed the pool, whilst the small gym helped keep the waistline in check. Food in the clubhouse was good & reasonably priced.
Good location for the property, being about 5 minutes off Interstate 4, and about 20 minutes drive to Disney. Large supermarket close by, with a number of other small restaurants.
Highly recommended for families looking for a nice well equipped house to enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer. Simon's website also provided a lot of helpful advice & information.

Great rental

We stayed there in mars 2009 (9 nights). It was just like the pictures. The check in/check out was just like a hotel. We were a little bit worried since it was the first time we rented a house from a private person, but it all went very smoth and we have already recommended it to all our friends. We will come back for sure. The staff was very friendly and the house was very clean. The area felt very safe. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. The price and this house was one of the best part of our vacation in Florida. Best regards from a family from Sweden, Stockholm.

Amazing vacation resort

We just got back from a 2 week stay at the Regal Palms. Renting from Simon was easy & painless, and he responded to my emails quickly. Simon's house is exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and ideal for our family of 3. Our 6yr LOVED the pool/lazy river & slide. The location of the home was only a short drive to all the stores. Publix is a short walk away. The home is located very close to the pools, it's literally less than a minute walk!! The check in/out was very smooth. For 2 weeks we heard no noise whatsoever. There was a few times we had the whole pool to ourselves.... what else could we ask for. Thanks Simon for an amazing holiday... I'm sure we'll be back again someday.

Great Location for Family Holiday

We have just come back after a 10-day family holiday in Florida, staying in the Regal Palms Resort, and have only the highest recommendation for the resort in general, and Simon (the private owner whose 3-bed property we rented) in particular.

We had planned this holiday last January, and after a bit of research decided we wanted :-
(a) a self-catering house/villa house (to give us more space to relax than a hotel would provide)
(b) access to a proper resort complex (with large pool, waterslides etc) rather than a basic, small private pool in a garden

Based on that we chose the Regal Palms Resort, and couldn't have been happier.

Simon's website was extremely informative, had lots of photos and gave us a lot of confidence (especially the fact that there was so much enthusiastic feedback from his previous clients).

Simon was very responsive to emails, and after a few exchanges, we booked his 3-bed house.

While we were on the holiday itself, what impressed us about our accommodation included :-

* Proper check-in / welcome desk, open late (a real help when our flight was delayed by nearly 3 hours)

* Superb pool complex in a lovely landscaped setting (including waterslide and lazy river) - the children absolutely loved it . . . and despite all the nearby attractions, they kept wanting to go back for more. We spent more of our time here as our holiday progressed (our energy levels were flagging after having "done" a few theme parks)

* Location of resort (it was away from the bustle of the main Orlando tourist areas, but still very close to the main routes . . . 15 minutes drive from Disney . . . and right next to a very good supermarket)

* The house itself (loads of space, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, good quality furniture, washer/dryer, everything you would need in terms of towels, bedclothes, utensils, four TVs, and with a nice large open-plan layout downstairs (kitchen / dining / living area)

* House location in the complex (it was literally right beside the clubhouse, and yet there was no problem with noise at any time

Normally I'd be cautious about Internet-based offers that seem too good to be true . . . but the Simon's property in the Regal Palms Resort was everything it promised to be.

We hope to return in the future.
