Fabulous Gulf-Front Condo is an Upper-Corner unit of a newer, 6-unit building named ISLAND SANDS. Very few condo buildings have the charm & privacy of this one! From inside, and especially on the balcony, the views of the gulf & beach are awesome! Enjoy a wonderful setting for watching people, seagulls, dolphins & incredible sunsets. This unit is upscale, beautifully furnished & decorated, and in a great location. Master Bedroom has king bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, & 20' Cable TV/DVD. Guest Bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, & hallway bathroom. Big Kitchen is fully-stocked and has seating along its long counter, plus a dining table. Living Room has ceiling fan, leather couches with a pull-out sofa bed, & free Wireless Hi-Speed Internet. Entertainment Center has 27' Cable TV, CD/DVD player & stereo receiver with speakers. Covered Balcony has a round table with 2 tall chairs & lounge chairs. Heated Swimming Pool is adjacent to Sun Deck with chairs, recliners & Gas Grill.

  • NOTE: $110 Cleaning Fee + 12% Tax added to Base Rate & Fee. Credit Card, or Personal Check preferred
  • RENTAL PERIODS
    Saturday to Saturday (7 night) rentals are highly preferred throughout the year. Mid-Week inquires (less than 7 nights, or 8 - 13 nights) are seldom considered, but sometimes during slower months, or when either the check-in or checkout day is Saturday. Best chance is short notice requests: dates still open within 2 weeks of the first rental date.

    MULTI-WEEK RENTALS
    Inquires are discounted based on which month(s) requested and the number of weeks: 10-Week Max.

    EXTRA GUESTS
    Rates are based up to four guests, maximum of six per rental. Each extra guest (one or two) is $90 a person per week, children four years or less are free.

    DEPOSIT
    25% of the total rental cost is required to book. The balance (paid in-full) is due at least 30 days before the first rental date.

    CANCELLATION
    45 or more days from first rental date, Deposit (minus $50) is refunded. 44 - 30 days, Deposit is non-refundable.
    Within 30 days of first rental date, full payment is non-refundable
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE
    Allows cancellation at any time for a full refund of deposit or fully-paid reservation - certain terms/conditions apply. Cost is 7% of the total rental charge and must be paid when booked.

    HOLIDAY PREMIUMS
    10% Rate Surcharge is applied to these weeks: Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4th.

    NOTE
    No pets allowed, sorry. Smoking only on balcony, please.

    PARKING
    Under the building, our two spaces (12 & 13). Also, two visitor spaces.

    BABY ITEMS
    Provided upon request. Cost for up to 7 nights: Crib $65, Highchair $49, both $95.

We have stayed in this building for 4 years now and will hopefully be going back for another fabulous holiday next year. Your condo is very comfortable and the view of the beach and sunsets is unforgetable. From the beds that feel like clouds to the complete kitchen and in-condo laundry, it is a very comfortable place to rest and relax. Shopping and dining are very close. Thanks for another great holiday.

Our family had an absolutely fabulous time during our stay at this condo. It was very comfortable and held many family and friends who came to visit us. We lived just a few miles away from this condo a few years ago and knew we would be satisfied with it's surroundings. Everyone who visited us loved the condo and all it's modern amenities. I would highly recommend this condo. The sunsets are beautiful!

WE HAD A GREAT VACATION AT YOUR CONDO, ONLY PROBLEM TOO SHORT. YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL AND TASTEFULLY DECORATED CONDO AND THE VIEW IS THE BEST. SUNSETS OUT OF THIS WORLD. WE FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED IN THE CONDO. VERY QUIET AND RESTAURANTS CLOSE TO WALK TO, BUT ALSO WE ENJOYED GRILLING ON THE SUNDECK. WOULD RECOMMEND TO FAMILY & FRIENDS. We absolutely loved our stay in your condo! It was very clean and homey and we felt right at home. The views and sunsets were incredible and they were the envy of friends who were staying elsewhere in Indian Rocks Beach! The owners are incredibly nice and we definitely got the impression that they want nothing but the best for their guests. The condo was exactly what we were looking for and our girls had a great time at the beach and the pool! The weather was perfect and we are already planning our return for next year. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing vacation getaway!
