This upscale home was completely renovated in 2004. It includes new tile, cabinets, granite and Corian counters and new furnishings throughout. The home features a wood burning fireplace, separate his and her walk-in closets in the master bedroom and heated pool on the very private lanai. The "Tommy Bahama" decor gives it an island theme desired on a tropical vacation. The location of this home is exceptional. It is within walking distance of Tigertail Beach and the Esplanade. The Esplanade has upscale shops, cafes, restaurants and a day spa. The salient feature of this home is the private wide water view that greets you when you open the front door. This is a southern exposure home which means the sun is on the lanai throughout the day. The orientation of the living area, bedrooms and kitchen were designed to take full advantage of this incredible view.
