Really hate to go home

We really enjoyed our stay at the Schiefer Pole House. The home has a lot of character (many Easter eggs). It is a contemporary post and beam home with great views of the Pacific Ocean from the upper living area and terrace. It has a beautiful garden area with walk ways, waterfalls and coy ponds—great for entertaining or just hanging out. Will (the owner) is building a outside kitchen which should be finished soon which will just make the outdoor experience even better. The indoor kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The 3 bedrooms are well spaced out for privacy and the beds are comfortable. Two of the bedrooms have there own patios. There are 3 bathrooms and one of them is whole bathroom shower room with multiple shower heads /water fall—it is awesome.
If you do not care to cook you are in walking distance to the restaurants of Del Mar. You are 5 minutes to the grocery store. Pizza Port is just 10 minutes away in Solano Beach—great beer. You can walk to the trails at Torrey Pines. And the house is couple hundred feet from the cliffs to access the beach. We will be coming back again.
