Aloha, We would like to welcome you to our privately owned condo unit in the Royal Garden Olohana Ave. #1709 Honolulu, HI 96815.The Royal Garden is located just steps away from the excitement of Waikiki, on a quiet tree-lined street off the Ala Wai canal. The Royal Garden is an elegant, European style boutique property. There is a swimming pool on the property, set in a relaxing garden atmosphere. The interior of the hotel is designed with marble and granite, and is a pleasant and comfortable retreat from a day of fun in the sun. There is a wonderful Japanese restaurant in the hotel, and many restaurants in the area to suit all palates and prices. The unit itself is located on the 17th floor, with partial views of Diamond Head, Ala Wai Canal, mountains, and the ocean if you're standing on the balcony. It's the size of a comfortable hotel room, with a kitchenette perfect for preparing small meals. The unit is completely painted, remodeled and furnished.

It is managed by the friendly staff at Hawaii Condo Resorts. The location of the Royal Garden is ideal for vacationers with all types of interests. It is located one block from Kuhio and Kalakaua Ave. -- the excitement of Waikiki is just steps away. The Ala Wai Canal, just a half-block away, is perfect for walking/jogging, and leads to Ala Moana Shopping Center and Ala Moana Beach Park. The convention center is also a short walk from the hotel. The beach is about ten minutes away by foot. The unit is an excellent value for the price. In fact, the normal rate for the same type of room in the Royal Garden is about $200/nt -- significantly higher than the rates offered for our privately owned unit. We hope you choose to stay with us, and wish you a wonderful visit to Hawaii.

Great price, great property

This property was nice and very well maintained. It was walking distance to the beach and bus. It was amazing to be close to busy Waikiki and still be quiet and relaxing. All of the hot spots are within a few minutes walk. The rental agent was great to work with. I would recommend this property to everyone.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Very convenient location in Waikiki convenient to everything! The kitchenette was a real plus for morning coffee & light breakfast. The Royal Garden has a beautiful outdoor pool & sauna and there is a lovely gas grill with patio table & chairs available for use -- we had friends visiting & used it on two different occasions. Overall, we were pleased with this condo rental and would consider returning again in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
