Two couples and a single (five adults in all) made this our home for a week this past summer. It was a great central Black Hills location for our explorations and it had every ammenity you could ask for. We loved the setting, the wildlife that paraded by, the silence at night and the room for relaxing. It had plenty of parking, plenty of room, and was located near many attractions - allowing us to go our separate ways with ease.
The only negative comment heard from anyone in our group was the adventure in finding the property - we all got lost before finding the spot. The directions could use a little revision..as some of the road names have changed a little recently.

Owner's Response: Hi Everyone...
This is the first time someone has had a problem with the directions I've sent. Streets are plainly marked and approx. mileage is included (to the next road). Have had a few people not able to find it on GPS, but I've told them the nearest "intersection" ....which is also on my direction sheet. And use Rapid City....not Hill City to input. Even though we're about 45 minutes outside Rapid.
I'm going out in September and will use "my" directions....and update if necessary.
