Hiking:
Pure nature, breathtaking views and quiet points of rest close to nature is what the hiking trails of the region offer – more than 1000 km between 600 and 1163 m of altitude including 240 km IVV-circular routes. You must experience the feeling: leave early in the morning, when the grass is still full of dew. There is only the fresh air and maybe a few curious cows – what a wonderful experience. And the altitude difference is easy to forget with all the guesthouses and Friends-of-Nature houses that invite you to enjoy a typical snack on the way.
